"FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!"

tyler was stopped by a group students when he walked on the lockers' lounge.

he walked close to the group to see what was the cause of chaos.

and there, he found a boy, teary eyes, his hands were into fists, ready to fight. and in his front was another boy, almost twice the size of the other, laughing at his face.

"hey! what are you doing?!"
tyler used his dominating voice to get the kids attention.

"t-tyler! w-we were just having f--"
Vin stuttered when he heard tyler's voice.

"fun?"
he raised his other brow. he knows Vin and his squad is scared of him. even if he has the same body as the teary-eyed boy.

"uhm..."

"leave the kid alone, Vin."

"hey! stay out of this, tyler."
Brendon interrupted.

"i said, LEAVE HIM ALONE!"
Vin and his friends were taken aback by his yell. Vin shook in fear and ran away. his friends followed him. leaving tyler and the boy alone.

the boy sank himself on the floor as tears escaped on his squinty, mocha brown eyes.

"th-thank you."
he managed to say between his sobs.

tyler kneeled to face him and smiled.

"your welcome. i'm tyler, by the way."
he introduced and reached out his hand.

"j-josh."
he reached tyler's hand and pasted a faint smile.

"get up there."
tyler helped the kid and pulled him up.

josh wiped his tears using his knuckles.

"i'm sorry for what they did. they are really famous for being rude."

"is that so? i didn't know."

tyler was surprised by his innocence.

"wait, you are the new student, right?"

josh nodded shyly. he's not used to this. nobody talks to him and he loves it. no one knows how much he hates talking to people.

"oh. i knew it. and that's was not a good welcome then."

josh just stared at him.

"come with me."
tyler said and dragged him out of the campus.

"where are we going?"

"i'll be giving you a welcome celebration."
tyler continued to walk with a grin on his face.

the other students were staring at them and josh hates it. he hates the attention he gets right now. but tyler doesn't seemed to care.

tyler is used to the attention he gets. since he was awarded as MVP of last 2 school years on an interschool sports fest, the attention he got never subsided since, but still, he hopes that people will forget about it one day.

"we're here!"
tyler happily exclaimed when they reached their destination.

"uh..."

"oh! sorry. do you like ice cream?"
tyler asked when he felt josh feels awkward.

"uhmm..."

tyler turned to face him and saw him nod. he smiled.

"come on, then."
