You and Kai went looking for Kei, and found it odd that Kei would just leave all of a sudden "Kei...might have gotten a call from someone..." you thought and Kai nodded at your opinion "why else would he bring the phone with him" Kai sighed and you noticed the tire marks made a path "He must of gone this way" you explained and you both walked off to find Kei

"Please be okay" you whispered concerned and Kai felt the same "We'll find him...dont worry" Kai smiled at you and you stayed confident both of you kept walking until you both made it to the next town, there Kai brought you both energy drinks since you were tired "god...I didnt even get any sleep" you complained and Kai complained as well "I only got to sleep for couple of min" "well thats better then having no sleep"

You both leaned on a dirty brick wall with bags under your eyes, but suddenly Kai's stomach started to growl like a monster, "geez" you looked at him amazed and he blushed in embarassment, you giggled and both of you ended up laughing "Lets go get something to eat" "Im not hungry...so dont waste money on me" you knew that it would be rude to waste his money

So you pretended you werent hungry at all "Dont pretend I know your lying" he smiled at you while grabbing your hand, he dragged you to a cafe and thats when you began to watch the news "Mr Tosaki!" reporters called his name trying to get his attention but he seemed to ignore the reporters like they didnt exist, it was just him and his assistant "Hey (y/n) what do you want to eat" Kai asked bringing you back to your senses

"Oh um... I guess Ill have pancakes? since they're 10% off from today till next week" you began to hide behind the menu until Kai pushed it down, you were exposed to blushing since the 10% off thing was only for couples "Are you sure you want pancakes?" Kai looked into your eyes as your face began to turn red, your stomach grumbled making you hungry for anything at this point

"yes Im dying right now" you looked at him despretly while the waiter took your order "The couples pancake huh? since you two love birds are on your first date, we will throw in free couples bracelets, and sundaes" the waiter left Kai speechless, which at this point made you freak "Ok" he shrugged it off and you were able to calm down, Kai did look like he was blushing on the other hand "Uh Kai"

You said his name as he instantly looked at you, his movements were fast so it surprised you a bit "Are you ok...with this?" you asked playing with your fingers nervously while your face was fully on red "yeah its cool" he let out a sigh like if what just happened didnt even occure to him, you began to look outside the window to see if anything could let you calm down

Everything seemed normal, birds flying, people walking by, highschool students going home with their friends, it reminded you of your normal life..."Here are your pancakes and we need your name for the bracelets" the waiter looked at both of us "Kai and (y/n)" Kai winked at the waiter guy as he smiled back at him, they looked like they planned something for you

You both did a short prayer before beginning to eat "this looks good" you said astonished, you began stuffing your cheeks like a chipmunk as you ate, Kai seemed more surprised than you were, because one you look adorable when eating, two the pancake was extremely good "I wonder why Kei left..." you pondered while eating, the waiter came back with the bracelets

As Kai smiled at you "(y/n) I bet hes fine dont worry" the waiter handed both of you the bracelets with a smile on his face until you heared the news say they caught Kei "Hes not ok" you stood up while Kai looked at the T.V in shock "Im sorry but we have to go" Kai gave the money to the waiter while you both left "Im not letting him go down like this" you were overwhelmed with anger when you walked towards a random motorcycle "Hey what are you doing?!"

Kai yelled at you as the motorcycle began to run, it was as simple as picking a lock "Im just borrowing this...get on" you waved Kai over while the owner came out with a shot gun "what are you doing with my bike?!" the man scolded in anger while Kai was yelling at you "Just borrowing it...ill remember to return it as soon as possible" you shrugged it off and Kai was amazed at how confident you were, "Ill buy you a new one, whats your name" Kai asked getting on the bike

"No time for that" you drove away with Kai nearly falling off, the man began to shoot at both of you but you were able to escape the bullets "We have to save Kei...I seen what they did to their previous Ajin and it wasnt pretty" Kai clung to your stomach hoping it wouldnt hurt you "How do we know where to find him?" Kai asked hoping you would stop driving and slow down

"Isnt it obvious...I was watching the news" you smiled driving faster while Kai held on, you both made it near the building so you began to slow down "Hes in there...but..." you paused when you heard shooting from within the building "Someones already ahead of us" you sneaked around the front entrance but the guards were killed and cameras were broken

"(y/n)!" you noticed Kai yell while a random guy with a gun shot you in the head when you didnt notice, "its over isnt it? Im dead now" you thought as your sight got blurry, you fell on the glass shards and broken camera pieces blacking out, "Im done for" Well...thats what you thought...
