Me and Riley have been together since High School

I actually felt... Happy with Riley

I never felt sad again...

Riley did get the courage to tell Undyne everything that happened, which made Undyne press charges against Zack

So we won't see Zack for a long time

Do you know what's great? I manage to pass through high school

Everything used to turn out bad for me, but now...

I feel like the world is a little better than it was before

Let us put aside the mushy shit and get to the real important shit

It's my birthday today, I'm turning 20, I have come a long way

What sucks is that no one has said happy birthday to me, including Riley

I mean... Riley has never forgotten my birthday, why now?

Oh well, guess a lonely birthday this year

I sighed as I continue hearing the lecture, it sucks that I have lessons today

But its no biggie I guess

The lecture ended quicker than I expected

I checked my phone and noticed a message from Riley

'Come home quickly, I have a surprise for you birthday boy

I smiled slightly to myself, I wonder what this surprise is, and she didn't forget my birthday great

I went to my car and drove home quickly, I headed towards my apartment complex

I unlocked my room door and headed inside and everything was dark

??? I thought Riley was home???

I turned on the lights when suddenly "SURPRISE!!" Everyone screamed out, Jesus fucking Christ I almost had a heart attack

But after I almost died from the whole commotion, I was pretty surprised that someone would go out their way and make a surprise party for me

"So??? What do you think??" Tyson asks

"... I like it" I admitted

Tyson grins "Good! Because your girlfriend planned it out!"

Wait what?

"Wait really?" I asked "yup! I wonder where she is?" He mumbled the last part

"Ethan! Get in here! I have a present for you!" I heard her shout

"Speak of the devil, you better go and get your present, it's a big surprise, you'll like it" he says with a grin

I raised an eyebrow, he already knows the 'big surprise'? He wouldn't tell me anyway

I decided to head towards the room Riley is in, I entered

I saw my Riley on the bed reading

"So? Where's my gift?" I asked with a hint of playfulness

She smiled and got up "Well... It's gonna be a couple of months late"

I raised an eyebrow "what do you mean 'a couple of months late'?" I asked

"Ethan" she started "I'm pregnant"

There was a couple of minutes of silence and than I said "wHAT?!" I shouted in happiness and started to carry her

She started laughing "yeah! It's twins" she says

I was even more happier than I should be

I started to kiss her

I'm going to be a dad, and I'm going to have a family

Now this life I can actually love

I knew that I shouldn't give up at all, and I'm glad I didn't
