This is not plagiarism, but not exactly fan-fiction either. I hope that you all enjoy re-living a classic tale with a couple of modern, quirky twists thrown in for the heck of it, because why not, right?

Raphaella Rodriguez is the very definition of 'living under a rock'. She's not ventured out of the Hamptons since, well, forever, and she's this close to tearing out her (jaw-unhinging-ly long) hair.
That is,until she finds herself hiding self-proclaimed juvenile delinquent Farhad Razi in her basement. The next thing she's aware of, she's in a car with said neanderthal, on her way to Canada, definitely out of her mind and certain of only two facts, that are :
a) She's going to see the Northern Lights and is going to fulfill her lifelong dream so that she can die happy.
b) She will be scalped when (if) she returns.
Throw in a neurotic trichologist for a mother, a cross-dressing BFF and a very-ferocious poodle and you've got yourself a hair-raising adventure.
