I used to think of the story of you and I
Wondered how you and I could lie
Ending up in a crash or a bang
Writing our story like something you sang

I needed to fall heavenly deep
You couldn't catch me in my sleep
So I woke up in a dream, so high
Looking for you in the sky

We can find Paradise green like gamblers money
It's all red and bright, like my lips honey
Drive so fast, hot like the Savanna sunny
Break so hard, they all come running

We could run away, we could hide away
All under different names, in your eyes
It feels so right, real like the American dream

Times are a changing fast, so fast
We could've done it then as we do now
Rushing just to be last,
When I'm alone in a race, take a bow

You needed something that was real
So you took the dream and made it all the kinds of feel
We got lost somehow just fall back in time
Now there's no wonder in the sky

We can find Paradise green like gamblers money
It's all red and bright, like my lips honey
Drive so fast, hot like the Savanna sunny
Break so hard, they all come running

We could run away, we could hide away
All under different names, in your eyes
It feels so right, real like the American dream
We could run away, we could hide away
Bright like the Vegas country
Paradise is so nice, green like gamblers money
The fruits, all forbidden taste like cherry honey

Paradise in your eyes
Paradise is so nice
Green like gamblers money
Bright like the Vegas country, it's all red and right
Like my cherry lips honey
It's all about tonight, it's all about paradise.
