Random thoughts... PART TWO!! XD

I think I can officially say I'm a writer when I feel like my characters aren't just that. Once you can feel what they feel, know how they'll respond to different situations, their emotions, when you know their story, past, pains, joys, when you know them like the back of your hand but yet again they're so foreign to you like a real person. When you feel like you have them under control to find out that you actually don't and that to you they're like a whole new separate person but with a little bit of you inside them. Once you start writing and you know what they're thinking and it's like a magical feeling. Once your "oc" becomes like that then it's not an oc but YOUR actual character with feelings and history.

It's funny because I used to hate writing. Essays, documents, I hated writing but here I am writing story's with you guys.

Lol I'll probably not make any sense so ignore me if I don't, but does anyone feel that way about their characters and not just me? I want to know if I'm alone in this.
