Circles (Sequel to Little Fuentes)

Chapter 8

Emily 8 years old

I was walking downstairs heading off to school when I heard mom playing her guitar then she started singing Stay by Sugarland ( I use to listen to country... )

"and I'll be begging you baby, beg you not to leave but I'll be left here waiting with my heart on my sleeve"

She Always sang this song whenever Dad would leave for work, I walked into the room but Didn't make a sound and soon she finished, she got up and set her guitar back on it's stand and turned around and saw me

"Emily" She jumped and put her hand on her chest

"Mom are you okay?" I asked then I realized her eyes were red and puffy

"Y- Yeah I'm alright just thinking a bit" She smiled but it was a week smile, she then looked at her phone

"Better get you to school" She grabbed her purse while I grabbed my Backpack and we left.

Present day

I had my headphones in as we headed to our next stop when Stay came on, tears brimmed my eyes and I realized I was being stared at, I looked up and saw Mike and Vic standing there

"What" I took out a headphone

"You alright?" Vic asked

"Yeah, Just thinking" I put my headphone back in and began drawing out my feelings like I usually do

"Hey you hungry?" Tony asked, we stopped at a truck stop to get gas in the bus, I shook my head no

"There's a Wendy's inside and a dunkin donuts" Mike teased, Damn my two favorite places

"ohhhh fine" I set my laptop aside and we went in, I got my Mocha Iced Coffee and maybe even a box of munchkins then got my wendys, after we ordered and got what we needed we went back to the bus to eat, I sat down and started dipping my fries and Spicy nuggets in my frosty

"Eww" Jaime chuckled

"What?" I asked with a much full of food

"That, Your dipping that into that" Jaime kept pointing to everything

"So?" I looked at him

"It Nasty" He said all sassy like

"But I like it, You get sweet and salty from the fries and sweet and spicy from the Chicken" I took another frie and dipped it and gave it to Jaime

"Try" I was basically shoving it in his face, He tried it then wanted to try the Chicken so I let him try

"Oh my god" his eyes lit up

"See" I went back to eating my food

"Our turn" Vic, Mike and Tony all said at the same time and dug in.

Sorry It's kinda short and I do that when I go to wendys and I get weird looks but IDC! plus it's really good anyways I wanted to tell you guys My phone randomly deleted Wattpad and I cant get it back because my phone isn't a great phone and I don't have the space ( Dont get the samsung Galaxy prime core they suck) anyways it's late or early cause here it's almost 4:30am so I'll let everyone sleep and I'll TTYL <3
