Unexpected commitment

~{Chapter 4}~

Ryan and Natasha were both utterly speechless. They both knew that this was their parents's idea, so they don't really have any choice of declining, They sat awkwardly to the table which Ryan reserved. It wasn't that rigid for them to start a conversation because they talk most of the time in school whenever shaira was around. They both knew that their won't ever be any love connection made between them. She didn't ditched the date, mostly because she's begging to eat those delicious food. The meeting was officially distressing, she'll worry about the dilemma later, but right now only food was in her mind.

"I didn't know your rich...sorry no offence, does shaira know about this arrange marriage?, are you actually gonna let your parents control important decision like this in your life?".

Those questions echoed through his head breaking Ryan deep inside bit by bit , The smile and the fake act suddenly dwindled leaving him with only a dreary sentiment. Natasha alarmed, wondering wether she opened her mouth without thinking again causing something bad to completely ruin his good mood.

"Sorry if i said something you dislike" she apologetically responded.

"It's not your fault.. you were right, it's foolish for me to let my parents decide on what i want with my life and no                i  didn't think it'd be a wise idea to let shaira know about the whole situation especially when we just discovered that we'll be marrying one another .. i really don't wanna break her heart, I'd be crushed if i see her cry you'd probably feel the same way too, she is your bestfriend".

They thought and thought if theirs a way.. ANY WAY to fix this. Until she finally remembered what her mother told her a few days ago, about both of them having to find real love inless than 30 days. They both knew how tough it would be to find, but thats there only way.The whole night was spent brainstorming ideas of how to find real love, Until their whole meeting has come to an end. They both promised to never utter a word about their conversation especially in school, Bid one another farewell and took off.

The chaffeur took her back home safely, she rushed straight to the door suprised to see how her parents waited for her approach. She knew what they were going to ask but she has no time for questions, she only has 30 days left gotta use them wisely. The only words that came out was.. "It went fine" then left the room. Her parents disoriented what just happened but instead they both chuckled "Teens these days".
