[28] With Strings Attached

Mark's POV

I only stuttered, I couldn't figure out weather I still loved Felix or if I loved Jack more. I feel like I should love Felix but I just don't have that feeling anymore and plus he's dating Marzia. "What about Marzia?"

"I don't want her as much as-"

"But you still want her, Felix I need you to listen to me."

"Okay..."

"Marzia loved you and you love her, our love.... It's a friendly kind of love. I know you feel as if you love me but you only feel they now because I want to be with Jack. Before I was nothing more than a play toy until you could find someone that the sex actually meant something with. I love you Felix but this.... It can't happen."

I began to breath heavier because I could see the pain in his eyes, he was hurt and it was because of me. I'd known Felix all my life and I'd never hurt him as bad as I just did.

"I'm sorry." I said looking at a single treat fall down his cheek.

Felix's POV

It hurt to hear him say this, but he's right. The sex meant nothing and I'm jealous because of how he feels about Jack. He's a good guy, he truly is, but Mark is mine and I will make Jack see that, even if it means I have to take things to extreme...

"Mark, I understand, I truly do and I want you to know that I know you love me and you're just saying that."

"Felix I-"

"I have stuff to do. I'll talk to your later. Bye."

I walked into an ally downtown and waited for a boy I had contacted about some special information I thought he'd enjoy. Soon I saw a group of people walking down the opposite side of the ally and they were walking towards me.

"Felix?" The graceful make voice said. "Yeah, it's me. I want to make a deal Cry."

Jack's POV

I knew what I needed to do and I knew I wanted to do it.

I'm going to ask Mark out.

My sister was right and I needed to tell him that. I needed him to know how I felt in a much more loving way. I want him to be with me.

Well I was wondering if you could meet me?

I quickly ran to my sister and asked her if she could drive me to the Coffee Hut, she happily agreed but asked if she could bring her friend. I nodded and told her I had to go. "Is it for work?" She asked. "No. It's for uh.... It's for Mark." My sister and her friend squealed like they were 15 year old girls who were going to see 21 pilots at a concert. "Aww!" They said in unison. "#Relationshipgoals!" Christina yelled. "You guys are adorable! Are you going to ask him out yet?" My sister said. "Yeah, actually I am." And yet another girly squeal sounded from both of them.

"You guys are weird.." I said with a chuckle.

We arrived and I said my goodbyes, yet I knew they wouldn't be leaving anytime soon. I saw Mark sitting at a table in the Coffee Hut with a medium cup in his gloved hands, he wore a black sweater and blue jeans. He looked absolutely amazing, as usual. I walked in and I saw his face light up. "Hey, Chia Tea again?" I laughed, he chuckled as well. "Yeah, so uh... What did you want to ask?"

"Can I get a coffee first? Then I was thinking we could walk through the park, what do you think?" He smiled and stood up, he stood beside me as I ordered my coffee and he stood beside me when I walked out the door.

At the park both Mark and I sat on the swings facing the moon. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect time to ask him this. Just after I finished my thoughts it began to rain, just a drizzle, but it made this moment even more romantic and memorable. "Mark, I wanted to ask if maybe you wanted to be my boyfriend?"
