Death is my best friend
Beside, above or down below
He never leaves me
He never lets go
Death is my best friend
He's watched me grow
He sees all I see
He knows all I know
When I've reached my end
All the seeds that I've sown
He'll take to reap
And my body he'll disown
To the sky, my soul he'll send
No longer mangled or torn
But spirited and free
No more reason to mourn
Death was my best friend
But now he's left to roam
To find his next victim to be
His new best friend; his new home
