Chapter Three

*Alex's P.O.V*
I wake up with a bad headache. I look to my side and see Kalani. I smile. I kiss her cheek. "Get up, sleeping beauty. "
She turns over and looks at me. "Whyyyy? It's Saturday! I don't have work today."
"Neither do I, but I'm still awake." I say. "Fine. You can sleep."
"Thank you." She says. "But Alex?"
I look at her. "Yeah?"
She looks at me. "I love you."
I smile. "Yeah yeah. I love you too." I wrap my arms around her.
She goes back to sleep. I kiss her forehead and get up. I go to the kitchen and get some food.
An hour later, sleeping beauty gets back up.
"Well, well, well.." I look at her and cross my arms. "Sleeping beauty is up again."
She slaps my arm. "Don't call me that."
"But why?" I pout, playfully.
"Because I'm not a princess." She says.
I wrap my arms around her waist. "But you're my princess.." I kiss her. She kisses me back.
She pulls away. "I have to go meet Christina and Meredith later."
I sigh. "Why?"
She shrugs. "They said they needed to talk to me."
I nod. "Okay. But... You're coming back, right?"
She nods. "Duh."
"Well sorrrryyyyy." I say.

*Kalani's P.O.V*
I'm with Christina and Meredith right now. We're at a restaurant.
"So, first things first...." Christina says. "Chief told us to tell you that he's very impressed by you, so you are no longer an intern, which means you no longer have to deal with Alex."
I smile. "Guys! That's great! But about Alex....?"
Meredith gasps. "Are you dating him?!"
I nod. "Maybe."
"Awwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!" Christina and Meredith says.
"Okay, okay. You can stop now.." I say.
"I knew it would happen between you two!!" Meredith says.
"Me too. " Christina says. "You can tell they liked each other because of the way they looked at one another, the way they acted. I mean come on. It was obvious. "
