I know what I did to Tiana was wrong but it wasn't my intentions not to show up. Dre stupid ass always getting into trouble because of his mouth getting into fights and I wasn't about to let him get jump while I was around. After that situation got handle I was pissed and I didn't want to be around her or anybody for that matter not while I was mad. Well, I'm back at square one not that I ever move up anyway. Every since she left me in the cafe I haven't tried talking to her anymore. I don't know it's something about her that's intriguing to me she's different. I know she's one of those girls that you can't play around with. So that's why I didnt bother her in a week, even though I want to text her I know she wouldn't reply back.

"Aye man you ballin with us today?" Ian asked me spinning the basketball on his finger

"Yeah man where y'all ballin at?" I asked him putting on a pair of my sneakers

"We were thinking about going to the outside court by the other apartments." He said throwing the up in the air

"Yeah man better than sitting in here." I said standing up

"You still chasing after Tiana?" He asked me as we left out the door

"Nah man she don't want nothing to do with since I didn't show up that Friday night." I told him

"You idiot I told you not to follow up Dre, now you back at square one." He said laughing

"Man my ass never left square one." I said laughing because it was the truth

"You was getting somewhere, but she seems like nice cool girl, very rare." He said

"Yeah man, something about her I just haven't figure it out yet." I said as we neared the court yard

"Well, there she go right there ain't it?" Ian said pointing at a girl on the bench beside Dria

It was Tiana alright and from the looks of it she was reading a book.

"Yeah that's her, come on man so can we start this game." I told him

We joined Marcus, Dre, and some other guys and started playing. We played for about a hour and a half before we decided to stop. Once Marcus and Ian started talking about going bowling later on tonight.

"Aye man you coming with us?" Marcus asked me as they started to walk off the court

I look over at Tiana and saw she was still sitting down maybe I can talk to her this time just to see how she's been doing. There's no harm in that.

"I'll catch up y'all in a minute." I said  still at  Tiana

"Alright man handle your business. Yo, Dria" Marcus said signaling Dria to come on

Only for her to roll her eyes and mumble something under her breath

"Say something nigga I dare you." She said when she was walking pass me

I just shook my head laughing a little and made my way over to Tiana. I cleared my throat and she looked at me then back at her book. This is about to be a challenge I already know it

"How you've been?" I asked her

"Fine." She said with a sigh getting up and walking past me

Before she got to far I grabbed her hand and she turned and looked at me

"Troy I'm really not in the mood for this." She said pulling her hand out my grasp

"Let's try this again, just as friends." I said grabbing her hand again

"For what?" She asked me

"Because then you'll see I'm not bad guy and that the attraction between us is real." I said smiling as she just rolled her eyes at what I just said  

"Whatever Troy we'll see." She said walking away

"What is that suppose to mean." I yelled at her

Her only response was her throwing up the peace sign and not looking back. I guess that's her answer for now.
