With You

Intro

Walking around in the library trying to find me another book to read. I often come inside here after class or when I'm bored on campus. This college life is no joke. I'm not like most people that goes here. Most are partying, drinking or getting high off something. It's just not my type of scene but I still go out every blue moon with friends and stuff. Looking through the romance section I finally find a book that interest me. Going over to check it out I felt someone tap me on my shoulder. I look to see this tall guy standing behind me.

"Hopeless romantic huh?" He said smiling

"No not really." I said handing the girl my ID and book

"Seems like it."

"That's your perspective I guess." I said taking my book and ID from the girl and walking off

The guy was still following me why I do not know.

"Wait a minute shorty what's your name?"

"It's not shorty that's for sure." I said giving him a sarcastic smile

"Well let me introduce myself my name is Troy." He said stretching his hand out to me

I knew exactly who he was I just really didn't care. He one of our star basketball players on campus. He's also known as a ladies man.

"Nice to meet you bye-bye." I said as I continue to walk out the library

"Woah wait what's yours?" He asked me grabbing my hand

"Tiana." I said removing my hand

"Hope see you sometime."

I let out a short laugh "Yeah doubt that" I said walking out the library

Going to my dorm room that I share with my best friend Dria on campus who is sleeping right now. I should wake her up but I'm going to be nice today. I lay on my bed and instantly get lost in my book once I started reading it.

"T wake up I'm hungry let's go get food." I hear Dria say as she shaking me

"Dria if you don't quit shaking me your boyfriend is going to be single again." I said with a sleepy voice

"Well get up I want to go to The Den for dinner." She said

"What time is it?" I asked

"It's 8:00 so it might be pack." She said

" Ughh let's go." I said getting up and brushing my hair

The Den is one of the few places on campus we can eat at. Mostly all the students come to if they don't want cafe food or after a basketball game.
Before we could get inside we could tell it was already pack.

"If you don't want to go in we could go somewhere else." She said

"Oh no we going in and minding our business like we always do." I said opening the door

Inside,the line was long and students was just sitting around. There was barely any place to sit down at.

"Come on let's go sit by Marcus and his boys." Dria said motioning me to follow her

Why do she have to torture me like this. She know I don't like him or his friends.

"I don't want to you know I can't stand them." I whined

"Well there's no where else to sit so come on." She said pulling me

I feel like I'm walking into a danger zone right now. Going over to where Marcus is she stood beside his table he so busy talking with his boys he didn't even see us standing there. She looked at me and I just shrugged my shoulders and laughed.

"You ladies going to just stand there or are you going to sit down?"

Damn I thought I was through seeing him for today.
