You Won't Get Away with This [Budo x Ayano]

Chapter 6 // Sleepovers

"I feel the same way Ayano.. but.."
"Don't let there be a but. Why is there always a but?" I turned around so I could see Budo's face
"Ayano we've literally known each other since yesterday evening. Don't you think we should start as friends?"
"That sounds stupid." I said with a straight face
"So you don't care at all that we've only known eachother for a matter of hours?" he laughed
"I fell in love with Senpai the second I met him and you know how that turned out."
"But this time it's different." he sat up, placing me on his lap
"How?"
"Because your Senpai never did this." he leaned forward, kissing me softly on the lips
"Exactly, how am I supposed to just be your friend when all I want to do is kiss and hug you all the time?" I humpft (I hope you know what I mean because I can't exactly describe it.)
"Well aren't you just adorable." he booped my nose
"Is this how you get all the ladies Master Budo?" I teased
"Only the extremely attractive ones."
"Mm? And how many of them is there?"
"Just one."
"Uh, I hate to break up this moment, but you guys know I'm here, right?" Taro spoke up
"Well we know now, how long were you listening?"
"Uhh you want to bang or something?"
"When did either of us say that?" I smirked
"Yeah! Neither of us said it! We may have thought it but-"
"Budo!" I interrupted
"I'm kidding, I'm kidding! Probably.." he laughed, winking flirtatiously at me
"Well you two have fun with that." Taro smirked, "Budo, where's Sabishi?"
"Urgh stop hitting on my sister." Budo rolled his eyes
"We're both 18, it's legal, so fuckayou!" Taro joked, leaving the room
"You liked HIM?" Budo asked
"For some reason, yep."
"Have you no standards?" he laughed
"I do now."
"Aw does that mean I fit your standards?"
"Don't flatter yourself numb-chuck." I raised an eyebrow
"Hilarious pun!" he said sarcastically
"I do try."
Budo's mom peered around the corner before walking in carrying a huge tray with food on it.
"Good morning." she smiled, placing the tray down on Budo's desk, "Are you sure you're just friends?" she asked, looking at me sat on Budo's lap.
"Technically yes.. sort of.. kind of.. Ayano?" he looked at me for answers
"I'm still asking for a certain someone to ask a certain something ma'am, but we definitely aren't just friends at this point." I smirked at Budo
"My apologies Ayano, he's never been very good at talking to pretty girls like you."
"Wow, thanks for the moral support birth giver." Budo smiled sarcastically at his mom
"I'm joking, but seriously Budo ask the girl out already."
"Alright alright, no pressure or anything. Ayano, would you do me the honour of-"
"You aren't marrying her." his mom interrupted
"Mom I swear to god." she raised her hands in defeat and I laughed a little, "Ayano, I really like you and I would love for you to be my girlfriend."
"Well you're in luck, because I'd really love to be your girlfriend." I kissed him quickly
"Welcome to the family kiddo, you're welcome here whenever." his mom winked at me and left the room
"Thank you."
Budo got up and brought the tray over to the bed. We ate breakfast relatively quickly since it was 10am and we hadn't eaten anything, and I'm pretty sure that Taro flirted with Shi for the rest of the day. For once I could truly say that I could not give two shits and a flying fuck about him or the girls he was with, I had eyes only for my martial arts master.

"Are you sure you want to go home? You can stay the night if you want." he said, kissing my cheek
"Yeah, I need to freshen up a bit and get things sorted at home anyway. I'll talk to you asap, I promise." I hugged him
"You better."
"I will."
"Do you want me to walk you home?" he asked
"I'm perfectly capable of walking a few blocks Budo." I laughed
"If you say so. I'm always a phone call away." he smiled
"Goodnight Budo."
"Goodnight Ayano."

After taking a shower, tidying up and putting my uniform in the washing machine, I tried to get to sleep. It was hopeless, all I could think about was how much I liked when Budo wrapped his arm around me as we slept. His body warming mine. His heart beating next to my head..
A few minutes led to a few hours and before I knew it, it was midnight. I wanted to check my phone, but I decided not to because it would only distract me more.
*Ping*
Right on cue I suppose..
Budo: You asleep?
Ayano: Nope.
Budo: I'll be there in 10 minutes
Ayano: Budo it's midnight, don't be silly.
Budo: I promised I'd be there for you, right? And I don't break promises.
Ayano: Budo.
Budo: Ayano.
Ayano: No matter what I say you're still going to come here, aren't you?
Budo: Correct. Address please?
Ayano: Fine, ..

I told him my address and sure enough, within 10 minutes there was a soft knock at my door. The martial arts master himself.
"You're so stupid." I laughed, giving him a hug
"If this is stupid, I don't want to be smart. You should have stayed at my house."
"I know... but I'm not going to be able to be at your house all the time, so I need to learn to get to sleep by myself." I said, locking the door and leading Budo up to my room
"You could probably move in and my parents wouldn't mind." he laughed
"One day."
"God, why is the window open? It's freezing in here. No wonder you can't sleep." he said, closing the window.
"Don't laugh.. but I'm not strong enough to shut the window, so I always leave it open." I said with an embarrassed blush forming
"Holy shit that's adorable."
"Don't patronise me." I rolled my eyes
"Sorry, you're just so cute." he said, taking his clothes off and getting into bed next to me.
"Geez, make yourself at home much." I joked, cuddling up to him
"Do you expect me to sleep in jeans and a sweatshirt? No thank you." he laughed
"I don't care what you wear. Thank you for being here Budo."
"You're welcome. Goodnight sweet pea."
"Goodnight Budo.. and don't call me that."
