The Tail Under the Sea

Mark is on a vacation to Ireland, he decides to go and stop by a locally owned lake. He walks up to the water, he lightly rests his hand on the water. He felt something start pulling on his fingers, he looked and saw a hand. His eyes widened as he put his head into the water to see a merman struggling to get undone, from some garbage. A dark red floats in the water as he struggles, the  merman looks up. He looks scared as his hair lightly floats out of his eyes, they are as blue as an ocean. I lightly reach down trying to undo the tangled garbage.
