Hi!
I'm Lucy, (yeah, Lucy In The Sky With The Diamonds) a twenty-five-year-old native of Chester.
I'm a slim and quite short blonde girl with big blue eyes and thin eyebrows. My eyelashes are naturally dark and long but I always wear a thin layer of mascara. I prefer comfy clothes to the formal ones. (By the way high-heels should be called hell-heels or maybe high-hells 'cause my legs always hurt when i wear them.)
My nose is pretty small and my lips are pinky and plumpy.
I've got really defined cheekbones and my neck is slim and long like the neck of a giraffe, but not THAT long, obviously.
I'm kind of a Barbie look alike and I just hate it. That's the story behind my glasses that I wear everyday even though my eyes work unproblematically.
I'm still studying, but after school I usually go to help my mom to the orphanage. I love telling and inventing stories for kids. I just adore it. Children from the orphanage are also really grateful for every shred of attention you give them. They even complete my stories when my brain is utterly without ideas. We often produce together or I show them a lot of chemical and physical experiments, and not only for the astonished expressions of those little angels' faces, but it also makes it easier for me to study. The kids love me and I love them. It's pretty mutual.
After a smaller bailout I always go into a small, but cosy café near my home. There is peace of mind. Each time I've sat in the glass-covered alcove, where the high table and bar stools are. On the table is a vase with fresh flowers. Every day there's a beautifully fragrant. I sit and look out of the window at people who walk around and things that interest me about them are the things that I write into my diary.
I study Psychology and humanity. It seems pretty interesting to me how some people can read a person like a book at the first meeting. I wanted to be able to do it, too.
Then it would be much easier to figure out who actually wants to be my friend and who's just a snake, which I wear on the breast.
Anyway, I love this place. Not too many people go here and when they do it's mostly locals. You wouldn't hit into a foreigner here.
Simply, a lot of people have no idea about this place and that's what makes it even lovelier.
I always order a black tea with milk and chocolate biscuits, with which I feed stray dogs that I see on the way home afterwards.
Day by day still goes the same except Wednesdays. On Wednesdays I have time off from school and so I go to one elderly lady as a learning psychotherapist (something like an unpaid job or internship) to the elderly lady named Emily Buckets who suffers from deteriorating Alzheimer's disease. But mrs. Buckets is in spite of all her diagnosis still the most positive person that I know. She's strong and very courageous woman with never changing smile on her face, even in the most difficult moments.
I really admire her.
Her and her approach to life.
Every single day i come home at eight in the evening. I live alone. I'm already old enough to stand on my own feet and take life as it is. I eat whatever is in my fridge, have a shower, wash my make-up off and go to sleep.
My life is based on the good old days. I love old music. I love to listen to it from the turntable. It's nicely crackling and bursting and guides this really good atmosphere. Also I like to read the old books from which it comes to feel that time. Or I watch old movies from the 19th century. I like the dress and hats. I like the fact that people used to ride on the coaches, which were run by beautiful horses.
But one thing is clear, my favorite movies are, have been and always will be the movies with the motif of the World War Two. Although the WWII is something terrible, and for contemporary Europe it's unimaginable but sometimes it's good to make the time and reflect on this theme. If the WWII didn't happen I probably wouldn't be here today .If there weren't concentration camps ,I could meet other people ,have different friends and actually everything would be completely different. If it didn't break out before, would it occur today? Who knows ... What I wanted to say is that I find myself in a time when the electronics didn't run the world.
(That's just a little something I thought you should know before we move to the actual plot :) hope you enjoy the reading. And I'm sorry if it might take a long time until I publish the next part but you know, school and stuff 😩 so yeah. Thank you for reading! Have a nice day)
