Chapter 5- Karma

“Come on Chiquitita, it can’t be that bad.” She says softly.

I huff. “Mr ‘Knight in Shining Armor’ is playing Danny! And I have to be his Sandy! Does it get much worse?” I moan.

“Eoin really isn’t that bad. Sometimes he doesn’t know when to stop the joke, but he is a good guy. Look on the brightside, it will be the perfect way to wipe the smug smile off that bitch Erin’s face. You, snogging her Eoin? I think it would kill her!” Sally says.

“I don’t want to snog him!” I protest.

“Really? Have you seen him?!” She says, her teenage tone bleeding in.

“Just because a guy is good looking doesn’t mean I want to ram my tongue down his throat!” I say and she grins.

“Your weird!” She states with a childish grin.

“Your weird.” I rally back. “Anyway, Eoin’s not the issues…well he is, but not the main one.” I say with a sigh, I know what I am about to admit to is childish but I can’t help it. “It’s the name. I don’t want to call him Danny, I don’t want him to be my Danny, there is only one Danny, and he is not mine, and this, this is just karma coming and rubbing it in my face.”

Sally sighs. “Cat, you can’t let that hold you back! It’s silly, it’s just a name, and maybe this is just what you need, maybe this is the bus to moving on.” Sally says and I smile sadly.

“Maybe.” I mumble.

“Come on,” She says, taking my hand and holding it in her’s.

“Try once more like you did before

*Joey’s POV*

Everything is black, everything sounding as if I am wearing a really thick woolly hat, yet my nose is going crazy, trying to decode what it can smell -Salt…chips…vinegar…and fish! My eyes flick open and within seconds I am sat up, cradling the small flimsy polystyrene box in my hands, gazing down at the beauty within.

“Karma! Karma he is awake!” Someone calls and my head snaps up and I pull my fish and chips to me protectively at the sound of other people. A small group of people begin to move in around me, all young, children or teenagers.

“Alright, alright let him breath!” A voice calls and the rabble being to slip back as a woman pushes her way forwards. She towers over me, her dark hair scraped back, her red lipstick contrasting against her dark skin, a loop hanging from each ear and a slight shine to her chocolate brown eyes…basically, rather stunning.

“I know you!” I cry, pointing at her as I remember and she smiles.

“Yes, you do. You also know Dan, and Amber, yes?” She asks, and I nod.

“But I dunno where they are.”

“Don’t worry, we will find them, if we work together.” She says, holding out her hand to me. I stare at it for a moment before removing one hand from the fish and chips box and holding it out towards her. She smiles, taking my hand and shaking it. “Joey, welcome aboard!”

Hellooo.....right first off i am really really sorry that i havent updated in like a month, i have been so busy and when i wasnt busy i was so tired and time just ticked by! So sorry! but on the brightside only 1 week and 1 day left till the christmas holidays! yay! Also i have decided to try and updated every Wednesday....so yeh, hopfully that will be happeneing! :)

Ok, so i am actually really not happy with this chapter but it has set up nicely for the action to start so yeh.

New character! Karma (Kara)! Been waiting to put her in for ages! I think that in my head she looks like Freema Agyeman better know as Martha Jones the 10th Doctors second companion in Doctor Who. I will add a pic at the side. So yeh, what do u think of her character? What role will she play?

Eoin! I dont know why Cat is complaining he is lovely! Lol if u didnt get it the whole thing with Sally and Cat and the song etc is meant to be like a sceen in the film Mamma Mia. (the words used in this are different from the film, these r the orignal ABBA lyrics) but i will attach a clip of the scene incase u havent seen it.

Also Grease! Yay! I just love that musical (even if it does have the worst morals ever) and i thought it would be perfect because the main guy is called Danny...(If u dont know anything about Grease...google it)

Danny's POV was written when i was feeling really christmasy and its rather random but...yeh. the two little snippets of christmas songs are from my fav christmas songs "Merry Christmas Everybody" By Slade and "Merry Christmas Everyone" (better known as "Snow is falling") by Shakin' Stevens.
