Prolouge

You stood behind a large rock waiting, anticipation bubbling up inside of you for the right moment to strike. You'd never actually seen the humans that had killed your parents but you knew enough to know that humans have a much shorter life span then monsters. You may be 18 but any if the humans that had been your age when the humans had struck would probably be on their late 80's. Another sad thing is the magicians would all be dead by now so you couldn't get revenge on them either. You'd learned tons about humans over the years, being trapped in the underground and your revenge had changed once you found out more about them. You thought the humans who had killed your parents had just been murderers but turns out they were just like all the other humans. Selfish and Cruel. Thinking they are above consequences. When you got your hands on some you would be known across the entire land. Humans could do all they want to you afterward, at least you'd have your revenge. Once the majority of the monsters had cleared you took in your first sight if sunlight. It was warm but not a blistering hot either. The Hotland monsters probably wouldn't know what to think of it. It was a huge orange sphere in the sky that made colors dance around it. Pink, red, yellow, purple even. You couldn't enjoy it though. You had one job that was the main priority. You'd waited 18 years for this and was not going to turn back now. You embraced the sun for one minute longer before checking the area ready for your first bite of human flesh.
