It's been three days since I picked up Hunter from his house. And since then he has been acting really weird and has been staying at him doing 'homework'. Hunter never does homework.

We also haven't hung out since then like we Normally do so I invited him over to watch a movie, and figure out what's bothering him.

"Ah! Popcorn" Elijah says while taking one out the bowl and popping it in his mouth.

"No more it's for me and Hunter"

"Finally he's coming over, I haven't seen him lately"

"I know he's been acting weird every since I picked him up from his house?" I say while opening the fridge to get some sofas

"How so?" Elijah leans against the counter

"Like the day I went to get him, he got out of this car like really fast and the car pulled off in a flash when I got closer. And get this he had no shirt or shoes on and his hair was really messy and.... he just looked off" I explain to Elijah while he smirks

"Sounds like Hunter may have got some that night" he chuckles

"Like he may have a girlfriend?" Elijah nods as soon as the door bell rings

I leave Elijah and go open the door for Hunter. When I opened the door I see him leaning against the threshold, looking better than he did two days ago.

"Hey" he smiles

"Hi" I smile back " come on we're watching the Cinderella story"

He scrunchs up his face in disgust while walking in " reload"

"Hunter please I really like this movie" I pout

He stares at me for a moment before smiling " your cute when you pout"

My heart skips a beat from his compliment, and if I could blush I bet I would be right now. "Thanks" I say before going behind him and jumping on his back

"Maya" he complains

I pump my fist in the air and shout " on ward to the living room my noble steed"

He chuckles and raps his hands around my thighs sending tingles throughout my legs " I'm not a horse"

"Yeah yeah on ward" I kick my leg to his side making him laugh

When the movie was over I looked over at Hunter and see him staring at me with a smile on his face"what?"

"I kind of liked it and I always wanted to do that"he says

"Do what?" I say while turning my body towards him

"Kiss a girl under the rain" he confesses

"Maybe one day you will" I poke his nose

"Maybe"

Suddenly what Elijah said earlier came to mind and my smile dropped Hunter noticed and asked me what was wrong

"Do you have a girlfriend?" I blurt out

He laughs and stands up and goes over to the fire place " what makes you think that?"

"You came home with out a shirt or shoes and the car you got out of pulled off really fast"

"Okay one I left my house like that and my friend found me so we hung out at his house then when I realized I had school he dropped me off but by time we got to my house he told me he was late for school as well so he had to dash" he explains making me sigh in relief

"Okay good"

"Why someone jealous" he teases

Yes

"Ha, no" I lie

He chuckles and nods "yeah okay"he begins looking at the photographs of my family that were sitting on the fireplace
"Who's this?" He points to a picture

I stand up and make my way to him and see he's pointing to my older brother "uhh.... umm.. that's my brother, you don't know him he left for.....college a while back" Hunter tenses then his eyes go wide "yeah I know I have a lot of brothers" I chuckle

He looks me in the eyes and all I see is sadness and..... sympathy "why are you looking at me like that?" I squirm and tuck a loose strand of hair behind my ear

He kisses me on the forehead before grabbing his coat " Maya I have to go"

"What why?" I rush after him

"I totally forgot I have to watch Lily, my mom has to leave for... work" he opens the door "sorry"

"No no it's okay I understand, I'll see you at school tomorrow" I smile

He smiles back and nods before running down to his keep wrangler

Not long after tucker comes over and eats dinner with us. I was sitting in my room when I got a knock on my door and he walked in.

"Did you do what I said?"

After I asked tucker if I was crazy for believing Jason he said I wasn't. He said that he knew micheal had something to do with elenas death and that, he had evidence that Jason couldn't have done it. He then told me that I had to eventually tell jaxon and see what he thought of all this.

" no" I sigh" I'll take him out tomorrow after school and talk to him. I don't even know what to say honestly"

"Tell him that Jason talked to you, tell him what you told me and see if he knows anything" he says while sitting on the edge of the bed

I sigh and lay down on my back" okay" I whisper

"There's only like two people in our family that could know the truth" he says after a while

"I know, my dad. But there's no way he's going to tell me" I sigh then sit up after I think about what tucker said " wait you said two who's the other"

He looks at me and furrows his brows in anger then lays down on my bed and turns on his side so that his back was facing me

"Leonardo" he mumbles
