Chapter One: The Night That Changed Everything (Part One)

(Lila's POV)

Walking out of me and Bee's berthroom, I heard a little ruckus in the med-bay area. "Ratchet?" I asked. No answer.

Then I screamed his name louder, "RATCHET!" he fell backwards as I knew I startled him pretty badly. Poor Ratchet, but that's what he gets for not answering me the first time. I was always in my human form since I didn't really need to use my alt-mode much. The decepticon's activity decreased after the battle in Mission City. We all wondered where our foes had disappeared, except for Bumblebee. He had other things on his mind. I could tell from the face expressions he had.

After talking with Ratchet for a few minutes, I walked out of his way to find Optimus talking to Jazz. "Hey Opi!" I yelled. He looked down at me, smiled and placed his servo on the ground allowing me to hop on before he placed me on his shoulder.

"Hey lil'lady, thanks for saving my ass back at Mission city. I owe you one." Jazz stated. I laughed.

"You don't have to owe me anything, Jazz. Family always stick together, protect each other. And you guys are my family, literally!" I was still laughing. Opi smiled with a little grunt then sat me back on the floor.

I felt large, warm arms wrap around my waist and a face nuzzled into my neck.

"Hello Ben." I greeted my Sweetspark.

"Good morning my love. How did you recharge?" He asked. I turned my body so we would be chest to chest.

"I slept well. And how about yourself?" I asked kissing his soft, warm lips.

"I slept well at first till I noticed, you had left my side." He stayed sighing into a frown.

"Awe I'm sorry for leaving you baby." I pouted, hugging him into relief. Its only been a year since Mission city. Bee and I became very close after the battle. I'm so happy I have him in my new life.

"Lilliana, Bumblebee!" I heard a familiar voice call. I turned around to see Sam and Mikaela running towards us, Mikaela running faster toward me. I also ran towards her way, which we collided with a hug. Sam walked over to be and patted the side of his helm. I laughed. Bumblebee activated his holoform, walked over to Sam and huggd him. Surprisingly, Sam hugged back.

(Bee's POV)

A few minutes after Sam and Mikaela left, it was dark. Since Lilliana was still half human, she needed to go to recharge. She was sitting on the couch in the soldiers lounge, laying her head on the arm of it. I walked over to her, picked her up and brought her to our berthroom. I could tell she was tired.

I layed her on her back under the covers of the berth and layed next to her.

"Bee?" She asked, whispering my name.

"Yes, Sweetspark?" I asked whispering in her ear.

"I think it's time to be Sparkmates." She said in a high pitched voice. My optics grew wide at this. 'Finally' I thought.
