You and Riker were sitting on a cliff by the ocean.

"I love you" You say to Riker.

"I love you too y/n" Riker says. You want to be romantic so you say:

"Scream it to the world"

Riker smiles and leans forward. He stops by your ear and whispers:

"I love you y/n"

Then he kisses you softly on the lips. On the ride home, you can't stop thinking of why he whispered it to you.

"Baby? Why did you whisper 'I love you' in my ear instead of screaming it to the world?" You ask. Riker pulls up by the way and says:

"Because you are my world"

Your eyes gets big in awe and you both lean in to kiss eachother. Your lips meets and you share a perfect kiss together.
