"like most misery, it started with apparent happiness." - Markus Zusak, The Book Thief

Delilah is dead, there's no changing that. She made a drastic decision in the middle of the night with no rationality in her blood. She's gone, for good. But her journal hasn't gone anywhere, instead it sat with a bookmark on the last page, just waiting for her last words.

Isaac is her next door neighbor. He's an outcast and is as odd as they come. On the night of the suicide, Isaac loses his memory, leaving no trace of anything besides his name and family. Imagine waking up, not only with absolutely no idea of your past or present, but also being accused of a suicide. He has no idea who Delilah is, or what he did, or why she did it, but he did find a journal. A journal with all the answers he needs, but may not want.
