Then a man with a mack on walks in and says I know Kate's not your wife agent DiNozzo. Tony said how did you know that and who are you. The man pulls the Mack off and it's James Anderson, the James says. I'm the real crime Boss. Ziva says why? At first I was just an undercover agent and the top guy wanted out, he offered me the job so I took it. What about your wife and kid's who love you? Said McGee. James replied saying that he was going to make them think he's died. but why? said tony. Because I found someone new. Said James. Who. said ziva. James answered says you. Me, never. Said ziva. Then I'll kill your friends starting with the hurt one, as he pointed the gun at me. Said James. Ziva then quickly said ok,ok I'll go just don't hurt them and if I find out that you hurt them I'll kill you, you got that? James replied saying yes. I said no ziva don't go there going to kill us anyway I over heard them talking about it. Ziva then looked and James and said I'm not going with you then if your going to kill them anyway.
