I threw a little, black dress on the three year old in front of me, along with little, black shoes.
"We see mummy?" She asks quietly.
"Yes baby. We're going to see mummy," I sigh.
"Why has mummy been gone for so long?"
"Baby, when we go see mummy, she'll be asleep. When we see her, say goodbye, and tell her that you love her before we leave," I demand gently.
"But why isn't she coming home with us? Can we wake her up?"
I sigh, and shake my head in response. "No Frankie."
I pull up to the funeral home, along with multiple cars. I pull Frankie out of her car seat, grabbing her sippy cup of juice, and her baby bag. She had her turtle paci in her mouth (which I really need to get her off of).
"See mummy?" She lisps around the dummy.
"Yes baby," I mumble. I walk into the door, and it's like everything came back and hit me. Hard. I quickly hand Frankie off to Calum, who happened to be right next to me. My eyes blur, and my breathing quickens. I look into the other room to see Elenoir's lifeless body. I drop to my knees, letting out a heart wrenching sob.
"Mate," I hear Ashton panic. After a minute or so of crying my heart out, I finally start to calm down. "Mate, are you okay?"
I look up at Ashton, shaking my head slightly. "No," I whimper. I stand up, but I feel like my knees will give out any second. "I just can't believe she's gone. We were going to spend the rest of our lives together. It's all ruined."
"I'm sorry, mate. I really am."

I held Frankie up to the casket where Eli's body lay lifeless. I teared up as I heard Frankie say her final goodbye.
"Bye bye mummy! Come home when you wake up. I love you," she says, leaning forward to kiss Eli's cheek.
I pass Frankie off to Michael, and take hold of Eli's hand. "I love you, Eli." That was the only thing I said before kissing her cold, pale lips. They used to be warm and soft. That was my final goodbye.
