"Look. There's an opening!" Cas yelled and then coughed. The smoke was getting stronger and stronger.
Charlie gave a small sigh. "Okay. We've got this... We've got-" That was when Cas pushed her past the opening. She quickly turned around and looked back at Cas, the opening was gone.
Tears filled her eyes as she clutched her backpack strap. "What about you?!" She yelled over the sound of the fire crackling.
He gave her a reassuring smile. "I'll be right behind you. Now go. Get help."
She gave a small nod before she threw the door open.
That's when she heard a sound behind her. A sound that she swears sounded like a wave, but not a wave of water. A wave of fire.
