Chapter 10: Maiden's Awakening

"then...no wonder you didn't spill the beans" said Saku "and the, only guy, is Anaeus. He's my room-mate"

Anaeus gave a friendly wave "you're fine looking lady aren't you?" said Anaeus "You have this...air of...regal-ness about you"

"she's the daughter of a highly esteemed family" explained Saku "they are considered royalty, although strictly they aren't, and are well respected where they live "

Anastasia then smiled "well it's nice to meet you all. And I hope we can all get along" Anastasia then turned to Saku "well ask me then..."

"ask you...what?" said Saku bewildered

"to be part of your team of course" Anastasia said with a wide smile...while Saku then looked nervous "what...what's wrong?"

"well...here's the thing...my team...is completely full" Anastasia looked shocked "You see, I had no idea you were coming. And I've already got a full team of five. Mochi, Pulya, Ellie and Anaeus' sister are all in my team"

"oh...right. So...we can't...be together then" Anastasia looked rather sad

Anaeus sensed the situation "hey, Anastasia, why don't you join my team? I still have three slots left, and me and Saku hang out a lot. So you'll still be able to talk a lot" Anastasia looked happy and smiled

"if you'll have me, then I'll be very grateful" just then a yellow sash appeared on Anastasia's arm "Thank you so much. Well, I'd better find my room. I'm rooming with someone called Sora" Mochi then reacted

"that's Anaeus' sister!" said Mochi "and she's next door to Big Brother!" Anastasia looked completely happy

"oh that's great" Mochi then grabbed Anastasia's hand

"come on, come on let's go" and with that the two were gone.

Saku stepped to Anaeus "Anaeus...Thanks a lot for that"

"it's no big deal" said Anaeus a little laidback

"no...I mean it" said Saku holding his hand high "I owe you a lot for that...so thanks" Anaeus saw his serious face and nodded

"you're welcome" Anaeus high-fived Saku "I thought I'd help you. Since you recruited my sister to your team...and for what you're doing to help us aswell"

"Pulya, do you mind if we cut this short? I need to go see if Anastasia is settling in alright" Pulya sighed

"if you must. We're going full at it in the morning but first you may want to lose the red suit" Saku realised he was still in the brave tuner form

"oh right" Saku reverted to normal "come on Anaeus let's go"

It was a couple of minutes when Saku and Anaeus had arrived at Sora's room. Saku knocked "Come in" Saku and Anaeus stepped through the door to see Anastasia settling in with Mochi and Sora "hey there you two" said Sora

"hey Sora" said Saku "we just came by to see if you're new room-mate was settling in alright" Anastasia smiled and nodded

"I'm alright thank you" said Anastasia "I've been talking with Sora. She's been telling me a lot about you, and how much you done for her"

"well, he has saved my life already" said Sora red in the face "well don't we sit down and get to know each other better"

Everyone was sat around the table drinking cups of tea. Mochi meanwhile was the bed playing on a small videogame. Sora was first to speak "So...you're from Green B.U.S academy as well?"

"that's right" said Anastasia "I managed to get through on a technicality. To put it lightly...there was a big mess at our rep tournament. And Saku was the one who won it, but I've never properly lost"
