Dear (Y/N),

I hate to start this letter off grim, but I am afraid someone has to tell you. If this letter is intercepted or read before you get it, you most likely will not receive this. But if you are reading this, I just want to let you know what the hospital has been hiding from you. Many people at school have heard this, and sworn to secrecy by the principal, but a detention is worth telling you the truth. Test results from the doctors are saying some of your internal organs have been... decaying, with no sign of bacterial infection or dead tissue, but whatever it is, it can't be good. I am telling you this not for the cause of stress but because you deserve to know what is happening in your own body. I am going to end this letter more abruptly than the others for fear my headache will worsen. I send my highest hopes and everyone else's when I write this letter, and I am sure I am not the only one seeing the problem behind all of this. They better be paying for the hospital fees, (Y/N), and please get well soon.

-Mira
