chapter six

Stephen POV (the vampire)

I took my time and entered Jasmine's home. I saw her went upstairs with a glass and a jug of animal blood, i could tell because of the smell. I waited for her in the living room and when she saw me she was frightened but not enough, like she was expecting me

"What do you want Stephen?" She said with anger in her tone

"You know its nice of you to tell our daughter that i bit her then feed her my blood when we both know she was born this way" i said while walking over to her

"You know the reason why i told her that" said Jasmin

"And your only weakening our daughter by giving her animal blood"

"I don't want her to be a monster like you" she said while gritting her teeth

"First of all I'm not a monster and second if you don't tell her the truth ill have to do it myself and by the way where is that husband of yours Ron?"

"None of your business"

"Its nice to see him taking good care of our daughter letting her think he's her father. If he's her father what am i?" I asked while pulling her closer to me to close the gap and sniffing her neck

"A monkeys uncle" she said with a small chuckle

"Its not funny. I wanna be in my daughters life and tell her the truth of what happened" i said while biting on her wrist and hear her whimper in pain

"Stephen why don't you just leave us?"

"No jas we could have been a family but you had to run away when i found out you were pregnant and i had to tell you about the real me. You know how it hurt to see the one i love gone far away with my child" i said while hitting the couch

"You never loved me Stephen. All you did was compel me to think that you are a good person. You let me keep some of my memories and erased the rest" she said while sitting at a far distance from me

"Jasmin that's a lie i love you and i still do" i said.

"Don't Jasmin i love you to me cause your nothing but an evil man"

I got up and walked over to where she was sitting. I could see her trembling with fear

"I'm going to see my daughter then ill let myself out. If you don't tell her by the end of the week ill take her from you and tell her myself" with that said and went to iyanas room and saw her sleeping soundly. I kissed her on the forehead and then let myself out
