When They All Drowned

Can't protect her loved ones,
Who cannot yet fly,
Instead they will drown
And sadly die.

Charizard flies back to her home
And sees her loved ones sleeping.
Hopefully when the water comes
They won't be suddenly weeping.

She lays down with her children,
Hoping everything would be okay that night.
Instead they all will worry
And won't get a single delight.

Some will stay asleep,
And some will get up and cry
None of them will escape their fate
They all will be quiet and die.

The water begins to rush inside
Not many of them know
Except for the mom and three of her children
Who have no where to go.

Soon the whole family is covered with water
And forever drenched
All of their friends who may survive
Will have their hearts wrenched.

The water fills up the entire room
Never to be entered once more
But if someone goes down there
Their trip won't be a bore.

The water rises higher
On to the land it goes
Many wild Pokémon perish
But will never again have a single woe.

The water rises and rises
And some houses it will find
There are trainers and families inside, water
So don't start wiping out mankind.

The water continues,
Taking the lives of many
The water is showing to be very dangerous
It can steal the lives of any.

Many of the victims are asleep
But some who work stay up late
Run and hide, don't stay inside,
Try to change your fate.

Some humans and Pokémon work together
And happy they all are
But when the water rushes in their facilities,
Chances of survival are far.

In the peaceful mushroom facility
Where mushrooms are picked and sold
Pokémon and their trainers make lots of money
They are making lots of gold.

But watch out, all you Pokémon,
The water is very near.
If you trainers have hearts they'll take you out
But they might run in fear.

The water reaches the mushroom facility
Where Shroomish and Breloom work.
These are also Foongus and Amoongus,
When the water is noticed, they better not go berserk.

The water blasts through the door,
Startling many Breloom.
The Pokémon are pinned to the wall as the water fills the hall
And are soon brought to their doom.

But one family is awoken
Made up of a mom, dad, and boy
They think they can escape the flood
And instead of grief be filled with joy.

The mother's name is Dawn,
And the dad is Mat
The little boy goes by the name Dawson
And Dawson has a Pokémon; a Venonat.

Dawson gets warmer clothes on,
Prepared for the worst
He slips on his sneakers
If he's going to survive, he won't be the first.

Dawn and Mat are up as well,
Dressed and prepared to go
Better hurry up and leave,
The flood isn't going slow.

Dawson grabs Venonat's Pokéball,
And rushes out of the room
His mom and dad are waiting,
Their expressions gloom.

Dawn, Mat and Dawson run outside,
Only to see the water rising
The family of three decides
That they won't end up dying.

The family goes up the hills
As the water claims more innocent souls
At the top of a hill rests a boat
They seem to have reached their goal.

The water is a few feet below them,
And the family enters the boat
The water rises to them
And the boat is then afloat.

Dawson's crying,
He cannot see his friend's homes
They must have perished, Dawson thinks,
He thinks he's now alone.

But Dawson still has Venonat,
His best friend for life.
Nothing will ever replace Venonat,
Not even his future wife.

As the boat drifts on the water,
The sun begins to rise.
More boats with people can be seen,
Pokémon and girls and guys.

Hope is exuded all around
As the water starts to go down
After very many lives were lost,
No more people or Pokémon will drown.

No more people or Pokémon will drown.
