That night leaf X Gary

Part 1

Leafs POV:
11 years ago
"Mommy daddy where are you going?" I asked.
We were in the cherry blossom park.

"Don't worry honey we will be back" mother said.

She kissed me on the forehead, a tear fell down her face.

"Remember mommy loves you with all her heart she will do anything to protect you" she told me.

"Daddy loves you too we will be back leafy" father told me.

"Okay" I just smiled.

I didn't know what was going on.
The handed me a bag of food.
They both kissed me on the forehead.

"We love you leafy!"they said and walked out the park.

I sat on the park bench.
11 years later

I was homeless I lived in the park and knew all the children who went there.
I was in a pokecafe looking through the newspaper.
"AH HA!" I said a bit too loudly.
I ripped it out of the newspaper and ran.
It was a job at a day care.
I went there applied for a job.
2 weeks later
I checked back at the day care.
I got a job there!
I went into the room where all the kids were. They were age 3-8.
I walked into the kitchen and used my old family recipe. I remember it because my mother was a baker I'd help her cook every day.
I served the kids the cookies.
"YUMMY" a little girl said.
I just smiled and watched the kids eat.
I walked up to the little girl.
She had dark chocolate brown hair and beautiful innocent brown eyes.
"Hi kiddo what's your name!" I asked her.
"My name is Selenia Oak but you can call me Sel" she said.
"Ok Sel I'm Leaf!" I say.
"That's a pretty name!" Selenia says.
"What time is your family picking you up?" I ask.
She taps her finger on her face.
"I don't know around now?"

"Selenia oak time to go" says the monitor.
"Okay time to go!" I say.
She grabs my hand and walks to the front.
A boy about my age with dark brown chocolate hair and brown eyes was standing there looking at his phone.
"Come on Sel lets go so gramps won't get mad" the boy said.
"Okay gar bear!" She says tauntingly.
"Ugh" he says pissed.
"Bye Sel!" I say.
When I turn around I feel tugging on my shirt.
"Yes?" I see Sel looking up at me.
"Where do you live I want to play with you sometimes and we can eat your COOKIES!" She says.
"I don't have a home, I just live in the park" I say.
"Okay... MAYBE WE CAN HAVE A SLEEPOVER!" She says excitedly.
"It's okay just ask your family" I say.
"GARY GARY GARY CAN LEAF STAY WITH US FOR A FEW DAYS!!?!" She asked excitedly.
"sure whatever we have plenty of room" the boy named Gary said.
The monitor looked nervous and just dismissed me.
I walked with them.
They had a limo.
Woah.
I went into the car next too Sel and asked her" do you know how to put your seatbelt on?"
"Nope can you do it for me please"
She says.
"Sure" I gave her a warm smile then did it.
Gary was sitting across from us just staring at his phone.
"Well I haven't been in a car in a while" I just said breaking the silence.
"Really?!??" Said Sel.
Then Gary looked at me with wide eyes.
"Do I know you?"
