Maya's POV
It has been Awkward with me and Lucas since I told him that Shawn was adopting me but he called me so I answered
On the phone
"Hey" I say
"Hey"
"So wha-" I was going to say something but he interrupts me
"Do you want to come over?"
"I can't Shawns not home he went to Philadelphia for the weekend for a meeting with his new boss"
"Oh"
"You can come over here"
"Ok I'll there"
"Ok bye" I say then I hang up
20 minutes later
(Knock knock)
I answer the door
"Hey" Lucas says
"Hi" I say letting out a breath of relief
"Come in" I say walking to the living room he shouts the door and walks to me
"Do you want to watch a movie?" I ask
Then he grabs my arm spins me around so I'm facing him and now we are really close
"Anything you want" he says
"Do you want popcorn to?" I whisper in his ear then get out of his grip and walk yo the kitchen. I decided to play hard to get
"Fine" Lucas say and I give him a smirk
After I make the popcorn I sit on the opposite side of the couch that Lucas is on then I look at him so he moves closer to me I put my back against the arm of the couch and face Lucas who is looking at me
"What?" I say
"Stop doing that"
"I'm not doing anything, you can do whatever you want" I say smiling
"Then you wouldn't mind if I did this" he says as he pulls my legs around his waist
"Why would I?"
"I don't know" he says
We stare at each other then he leans in and kisses me i kiss back and we stay like that for along time and I don't care
