How you met
You sighed and brushed off your dark dress wondering why your brother made you come here. You weren't afraid to talk in front of people and you had magnificent animating skills so your brother and your sister wanted you to work here. However you absolutely hated change and you didn't like people much. After your first day and not really getting along with anyone you sat behind the animation building and drew. You drew for a few minutes before hearing a deep voice clear their throat. "Um hello miss." The man said, obviously pretty awkward and brooding. "Oh hello can I help you?" You asked "oh nothing I just heard you were new and I wanted to see if you liked it here." He said, sitting next to you. You sighed and said "my brother Ivan was the one who wanted me to come here, I'm a little awkward and I don't make friends easily, so I didn't really know if I'd fit in here, but I hope I'll get more used to it here." You turned to him, taking a good look at him finding he looked kind of like an elf, with grey skin, white eyes, and long white hair with an outfit to match. His white eyes looked into your violet ones sympathetically, "yeah I'm not good with people or change either. Wanna be awkward together?" He asked, his deep, slow voice reverberating through you. "Yeah, I'd like a friend." You said and shook his hand. "I'm Nixxium." He said "y/n" you said and you guys parted ways
Hanging out
You and Nixxium were extremely bored, so you decided to go to that theme park Dolan had been bragging about. You had gotten to know a few more people and liked most everyone but Nixxium was your awkward turtle bestie. You were seated on the first roller coaster when Nixxium swallowed and said "hey y/n was this a good idea?" You shrugged and said "nope probably not but its too late." He gulped again and you chuckled "it'll be fun don't worry." And it shot off.
He likes you
His POV
Well this is bad. Are you kidding me I'm never gonna be able to ask her without freaking out and running away oh god. She's the only girl I've ever liked and the only girl who matches my personality, and she's really really pretty...god I think I need to ask hellbent for a few shots of courage.
He asks you out
You were narrating a dolans life mysteries when you got the question "do people on planet Dolan feel love?" And Dolan said "well duh, of course we do its just way way stronger than the people on other planets because planet Dolan is much more fabulous than other planets. " you rolled your eyes and said "Actually we do even though a lot of us are animals or strange humanoid life forms we still experience the same emotions as humans, it's just that amazingly Dolan was right, we do feel it stronger but that's because of the amount of emotions surrounding this planet. So yes we can." Dolan then did his outro and you guys walked out and you saw Nixxium standing there blushing. "Oh hey nixx, how are you doing?" He blushed harder and said "hey I have a question but I am afraid you will hate me." You raised an eyebrow and said "I can't hate you, you were my first and my best friend here." He looked down and said "j-just look up" and he ran away. You were confused and looked up only for nixxiums pigeon to land on your arm. "Oh hey little guy, what do you got there?" You said and took the paper off the birds leg. In very fancy writing it said
"will you go out with me? -Nixxium"
You smiled and went to nixxiums house and used your skills to unlock the door with a nail. You then walked to see him banging his head on the wall in the kitchen. "By the way, yes." You said and left hearing him freak out.
