This is something I wrote for a class. I tried to write in script form.
Sadly the format doesn't quite translate well in wattpad, I've tried to re-format it many times, but it doesn't seem to want to stick.
All speaking is in italic to try and help with this. The bold and italic CAPITALS before all speaking is the character.

Enjoy :)

EXT. SHOPPING CENTRE – DAY

JEN, a pink haired Dutch demiboy born and raised in Australia. In his late teens, he spends most of his time at home engrossed in popular culture. He has anxiety and a nervous habit if squeezing his hands.

Walking slowly and unsure of himself, Jen feels alone and very small. His hair messy, he walks past the cinema, taking caution with each step. When he had woken up to the static TV and dead radio, he'd gone to his neighbors for any kind of explanation, only to find them missing, he tried several houses on his street to no avail, finally thinking that the best chance he had of finding people would be the nearby shopping Centre. It was always busy there.

JEN
Shit.

He peers carefully around a corner looking for any signs of danger, trying to quell his anxiety my squeezing his hands together, a nervous habit he has.

JEN (cont'd)

Where in the hell did everyone go?

Jen continues to walk cautiously, peering into shops and alleys as he goes, hoping to see someone, anyone, any sign of life, or an answer to his current lonely situation.

SUDDENLY another voice calls out, echoing around the empty area.

VOICE

Hello?

Jen jumps at the sudden sound, scared for a second then overcome with relief at the realization that he is not alone.

He quickens his pace, rounding a short corner to see where the voice had come from.

He clears the corner and is faced with a tall, unshaven, fit looking middle aged man standing across from him in the space. His heavy brows making him look harsh and mean.

MAN

Oh thank god, I thought I was the only one. That's one hell of a relief.

Contradictory to his harsh looks he spoke with a calm and smooth voice.

Jen replies, slightly shakily, the man's smooth voice making his relax a small amount but still nervous from the current situation.

JEN

I understand the feeling, I thought I was all alone too. I'm so glad I'm not I don't know how long I would have lasted in my own mind.

Jen laughs nervously.

The man started forward to meet the boy, holding his hand out for a handshake.

MAN

What's your name kid?

He was right in front of Jen now, his hand outstretched expectantly.
