We lived a powerful lie.
We dwelt in the darkness of your light.
Hiding in the rays of a blind sun,
Walking hand in hand through a world of deceit.
We plunged deep in a sea of hazardous emotions.
We birthed beauty out of dark passion.
We lived a timeless period of sheer perfection.
Escaping the claws of reality.
In the blinding light of a bright lie we bloomed,
But deep in our hearts, we faced the bitter shadows of truth lurking within.
