Having Depression is not just a label, it is not something that can just be diagnosed. The Doctors see it as simple they give you your pills and off you go. But no one ever sees inside your head, I wouldn't ever want them too. They don't see the struggle of thoughts the devil and the angel not on your shoulders but in your brain.
