║Chapter 18║

Immediatly, I raised my hand up to his, pushing as hard as possible feeling him pressing tightly against my wind pipe, cutting off all my supply of air. No, no, no. I can't die like this.

Deviously, his emotionless brown eyes stared down to me, watching me suffer under his hold as I thrashed about to get even the tiniest breath through. Every second that passed by I became more weak. Wheezes left my mouth as I attempted to scream, cry, anything to get somebody's attention but as I was starved of oxygen I felt my body weaken to the point where I couldn't even stand properly.

Effortlessly, I was dropped to the ground. His head moving on mine as I fell, coughs and splutters, desperate gasps of air leaving me as my bare knee's grazed against the stony, wet ground. My whole body was shaking, adrenaline rushing through me as I attempted to crawl away but a painful kick in the side sent me crashing on the floor.

''P-please.'' I begged, helpless and afraid. The black-hearted spirit let out a tiny laugh in the form of an evil as he inhaled, he wasn't even speaking. That creeped me out even more. Stood above me, the void dug his hand into his pocket, pulling out what looked to be a knife causing my legs to turn to jelly, my whole body tensing as I crawled backwards into the wall.

''Get up.'' He growled, spinning the blade between his fingers. Too panicky and shocked to move I just sat there, a shaking, crying mess. ''GET UP!'' His echoing shout yelled, snatching the top of my arm roughly tugging me up. Gasps and loud cries left my lips as sudden footsteps clattered against the floor.

Taken in a violent grasp I felt something cold and piercing press against my neck sending shudders down my spine. A painfully familiar face appeared in front of us, Scott. Oh thank god.

''Scott!!'' I whimpered out seeing Aiden and Ethan also at either side of him, all three of them panting as the twins began growling towards the beast. It didn't even feel real to be in this situation, it was just like a huge nightmare- I wish it was. But the distracting hot breath down the back of my neck made me realise this was real life.

''You wouldn't.'' The void snarled from behind me, gesturing that he would stab me. Scott's hands held out at either side of the twins. ''We wouldn't.'' Scott reassured me more than anybody as his eyes landed on my frightened ones.

''She's innocent, don't do this.. Please.''  Scott stepped forward a little as the void raised the knife, my eyes widening as I squeezed my eyes shut, feeling something like an arm plunge into my chest and back out again. There was then the cold feeling of him letting me go and racing off, all three of the boys growling ahead.

In too much shock to register what just happened my eyes met Scott's, then falling down to my white shirt where blood began to pool. Letting out a shocked inhale I felt my knee's buckle and I fell down, feeling it super heavy to breath. Before I could come in contact with the floor a pair of arms grasped me holding me up until Scott was leaning me on him, clutching the wound as he panted in shock.

''Go after him! Go!'' He yelled to the twins who were stood in shock before dragging one another, darting off to catch the void.

''Jenna.. Jenna.'' He gasped as I blinked a couple of times a slight pain faltering through me as I let out a hiss, panting as disbelieve ran through me.

''Stay with me, stay with me, okay.''  His eyes were wide as I attempted to move a little but he stopped me. ''Stay there, don't move, you're gonna be okay.'' He raised his hand to see blood covering his skin like a glove making me feel queasy as I gasped before more footsteps echoed.

''Where is-'' Stiles- the real Stiles. My eyes landed on my brother -as the colour drained from his face, stopping dead in his tracks as Isaac, Allison, Lydia and Derek also appeared.
