"You've made your point, Mikael!" Esther said sternly.

Mikael stabbed the sword into the ground right next to Klaus' head as Imogen struggled to free herself from Elijah's arms.

"Some days, it's a miracle you're still alive, boy." Mikael spay and got up as Imogen freed herself from Elijah's arms and ran to Klaus' side.

"Nik!" Imogen said, her delicate yet broken voice filled the air. She gently helped Klaus sit up and glared up at Mikael, who was staring at the two.

Without a word, Mikael left. Imogen's tears fell down from her face as she looked at Klaus, scared and worried.

"Oh, Nik." Imogen whispered as she embraced Klaus, who embraced her back tightly.

Imogen stood outside the city jail while on the phone with Elena while waiting for Damon to arrive.

"How's Stefan?"

"Still the same." Imogen replied as she kicked a rock on the ground.

"He'll have to get over it. Is Damon already there?"

Imogen looked up and saw Damon right in front of her with a big grin on his handsome vampire face. She smiled at him.

"Yeah, just now."

"Okay, good, tell him to call me later."

Imogen looked at Damon as he cocked his head to the side smirking, obviously hearing Elena.

"No need to tell him. Bye Elena." Imogen said and hung up.

Damon stared at her, confused. "Is it just me or are you getting prettier and prettier every single day?"

Imogen furrowed her eyebrows but there was an amused smile on her face. "Is it just me or are you just getting more and more horrible at flirting?" she retorted and crossed her arms. "Just like your brother. Runs in the family?"

Damon's eyes widen. "Why don't you like me already?! We see each other everyday and we even live in the same house!" he complained.

Imogen chuckled in amusement as she led the way towards Stefan's cell down in the basement of the city jail with Damon closely behind.

"You're being childish, blue-eyed Salvatore."

Imogen heard Damon grumble behind her and she chuckled.

"Am not. You're even calling me names! Why can't you just say my name? It's not that hard."

Imogen shakes her head in disbelief and ignored the him.

"Hey, don't ignore me!"

Imogen smirked and stopped walking, her back facing Damon as she spoke. "Then don't stall me by watching over Stefan while you, Elena and Alaric try to find out more about my family, the Original family and especially Mikael, which you know that he knows how to kill Nik, so Stefan can be free from his compulsion."
