"Not a chance." Stefan said, nonchalantly.

Imogen shrugged. "I don't remember how I ended up babysitting you." she muttered.

Stefan smirked, obviously hearing her. "I told you right at the very beginning that we are gonna spent a lot of time together." he said.

Imogen quirk an eyebrow. "I thought Damon said that?" she teased.

Stefan narrowed his eyes at the noirette, who smiled innocently at him.

"You know, we met before." Imogen said.

Stefan rolled his eyes but there was an amused smile on his face. "Of course we did. In Chicago. Magical place."

Imogen chuckled softly. "That was the second time actually." she told him.

Stefan furrowed his eyebrows in confusion. "What? No we didn't."

Imogen smiled. "Yes, we did but it was short. It was before you met Katerina, you know that time she was running away from Nik. We were tipped off that she was planning to go to Mystic Falls and Nik planned to follow her but I stopped him and persuaded to go instead of him." she explained.

Mystic Falls

Imogen smiled softly as she gracefully stepped down from her carriage that brought her to Mystic Falls from the port. She looked around her old home with nostalgia.

"This town still looks picturesque." she mumbled. "So many memories."

She looked at the Salvatore Boarding House, the place that she will be staying until she finds out the truth.

Someone tipped them off that Katerina Petrova, the doppelgänger that ran away from Klaus Mikaelson with his moonstone that can break his curse, plan to stay in Virginia. Klaus plan to hunt down the doppelgänger in Mystic Falls but Imogen persuaded him to let her go instead of him and see if it was true that Katerina will be in Mystic Falls.

The noirette's stay in the boarding house was quiet and peaceful until she accidentally met the green eyed Salvatore.

Stefan Salvatore knew that there was a girl staying in the boarding house. Being a gentleman, he wanted to welcome her into his home but he never got to meet her and he didn't even know what she looked liked. He was confused, why she wasn't coming out of her room.

He and his older brother, Damon Salvatore, were playing rugby in their backyard. The older Salvatore just got back from training in the Confederate Army and the younger Salvatore took the opportunity to spend the time with his brother before he leaves again.

Imogen was sitting on a peach colored sofa in her room in the boarding house, reading a letter from Klaus telling her how he missed her and how she shouldn't have left and just stayed with him. She smiled as she continued reading but was interrupted by the loud yells and cheers outside.

"What is going on out there?" she muttered.

The noirette carefully hid Klaus' letter and walked downstairs. She made her way towards the back garden of the boarding house and could hear the louder cheers and yells.
