Klaus entered the cafeteria with Elena as Imogen and Stefan turned to look at them.

"Nik."

Klaus' dark blue eyes narrowed seeing Imogen with Stefan. "Come here, my love."

Imogen looked at him then back to Stefan. "Stefan." she mumbled.

"Go. Just go." Stefan said in between his gasp of pain.

Imogen looked at him worriedly before slowly making her way over to Klaus.

"Now this is fascinating. I've never seen this before. The only thing stronger than your craving for blood is your love for this one girl." Klaus said and looked at Elena.

Imogen looked away sadly and stared at Elena, who was looking at Stefan in worry. 'Stefan's love for Elena, of course.'

"Why don't you turn it off?" Klaus told Stefan as he let Elena go.

"No!"

Imogen quickly stopped Elena, who plan to intervene, by wrapping her arms around her.

"Come on. Your humanity is killing you. All the guilt must be exhausting. Turn it off." Klaus continued to persuade Stefan to turn off his humanity.

Stefan continued to resist. "No!"

"Stefan." Elena whispered.

"You're strong." Klaus told Stefan and pulled the stake out of his body. "But you're not that strong. Turn. It. Off."

"No!" Stefan yelled and pushed Klaus away but the Original Hybrid pushed him against the wall.

"Turn it off!" Klaus compelled him.

Stefan closed his eyes and then opened them again as his face changed. Imogen gasped in horror as she stared at him in worry. "He turned it off." she mumbled in disbelief.

Elena turned to Klaus. "What did you do?"

Klaus smirked. "I fixed him. But I think a test is in order, don't you?" he said as he walked behind Elena and looked at Stefan. "Ripper, perhaps you'd like a drink from the doppelgänger's neck?"

Imogen watched in horror as Stefan's face changed and rushed over to Elena. "No, Stefan!" she yelled.

Klaus quickly grabbed Imogen and vamp-speed her away from the cafeteria. Imogen gasped when she heard Elena's scream of pain. Klaus wrapped his arms around her tightly as the noirette leaned on his chest.

"You turned off Stefan's humanity, Nik. You made him a Ripper again." Imogen whispered and looked up at him. "I want this to be over. I don't want to be here anymore."

Klaus nodded and kissed her forehead. "It will be over and as soon as I'm done here, let's leave."

Klaus and Imogen entered a classroom where Rebekah, Tyler and Caroline Forbes were in.

"Well, the verdict's in. The original witch says the doppelgänger should be dead." Klaus said.
