Again (Miefer Fanfiction)

Chapter VI

Mika's POV

I woke up with an head ache and an empty stomach. The moment I opened my eyes, as I examine the place I already knew where I am.

I'm at my ex's condo. One of the places where we get to make happy memories together. One of those places where we had our fights, making ups and quality times. As I was thinking of those memories, I didn't notice that my eyes are already producing tears. Nako, bakit ako nag papa ka senti?

Moment later, I heard foot steps coming towards the room. Then suddenly there he was. The guy whom I used to love.

"Miks, good morning. Are you ok? No headaches?" He asked.

"Ahh... Hi. No not at all. I won't ask you anymore about how I got here. But thanks for letting me sleep here. I'll go now." I answered with a smile.

But as I was about to get up, I felt like there was something drilling inside of my head. Napakasakit! Napa sigaw ako at napaupo ng dahil sa sakit.

He hurriedly ran towards me at inalalayan ako.

"Sabi na nga ba. I know you're not feeling well. Bakit pa ba kasi iinom ng marami eh alam mo naman na ito palagi nangyayari sayo. How many times did I tell you na ba na if you drink, drink moderately.. be responsible naman Miks. Not all the time andiyan ako.. so"

"STOP!" I cut him before he could even say more.

"I'm ok Kief. I swear I am ok. I need to go na." I tried to stand pero hindi talaga kaya eh.

"You stop it Miks. Stay here. Rest, at.. may dapat pa tayong pag usapan." Kiefer answered me, napaka seryoso ng muka niya.

He came closer and then assisted me to go back to bed. Then he went out. See, may pag-uusapan daw kami but umalis nanamn siya. Palagi nalng siyang nang iiwan. Kaloka

Few moments after, he came back but now, meron na siyang dalang food.

"Here, I cooked this for you. Tapos drink na din this medicine after." He said.

"Thanks. But you don't need to do this. Ok naman na ako eh." I told him. Pero parang wala lng siyang na rinig.

Hindi pa sana ako kakain when he sat beside me, tapos nag attempt na susubuan ako. So I hurriedly grab the spoon and fork from him.

While I was eating, he keeps on staring at me. Kainis naawkard tuloy ako.

You guys might be wondering kung bakit parang chill lng pag trato ko sa mokong na to. Well, kahit ako rin I don't know the reason why. Maybe instead na awayin ko siya at mag isip siya na I am still affected, I think ok na to na isipin niya na wala na sakin yung past namin.

I was so drowned with my thoughts when he suddenly spoke.

"Miks, please stay." He said.

Ha? Ano? Stay daw. Bobo lng!

"Uh, no need. I'm feeling better na naman eh." I asnwered

"Just stay." He answered then lumabas agad.

I need to go. Hindi ako pwedeng manatili here. If I know, maaring pumunta dito girlfriend niya later. I don't want to put my self into these kind of situations.

So without hesitations, I took my phone and called for Josh to pick me up. I'll explain na lng everything to him later. Magagalit talaga yun for sure.

I went out of the room, medjo masakit pa talaga ulo ko. But Josh will be here any minute from now.

"Kief, nag pa kuha na ako. Thanks for helping me." I said facing his back.
