One mistake was all it took,
For me to be hit by all the memories,
I was triggered so easily,
I felt like it was a felony,
My once emotionless face,
Broke into tears,
As I was reminded,
Of all the painful memories,
They came pouring into my mind,
Like a storm,
I wish I didn't have pain,
But you can't have a storm without rain,
And after the rain,
There comes sunshine,
And maybe even a rainbow,
But we all go through the pain,
To get to the happiness.
