Jairus threw himself on his bed and just stared at his ceiling.

"Bakit mo ginawa yon?!" He lectured himself. "What if she woke up?! Then she would think something else?! Friends lang kayo diba?! Nothing more than that!!" He added.

He then got a text message. It was from Avie. She sent him a video. He opened it and it was a video of them two singing and playing the guitar together. The other was of when he was helping Sharlene with the right chords for "More than Words." He quickly got up as soon as he saw them. He then got another message. This time, however.

"Huli ka!" It was a picture of him staring at Sharlene during her photo shoot.

Frustrated, He quickly got out of room, leaving his phone behind and headed to the back yard. He rushed to the pool, taking his shirt off and dove as soon as he reached the pool. As soon as he reached the surface, he heard a splash. It was Sharlene swimming on the other side of the pool. He swam toward the side of the pool and hid in the water slowly.Little did he know, Sharlene knew of Jairus swimming on the pool.

Sharlene turned to Jairus and let out a confused look.

"I know you're in here you know!" Sharlene started trying to hold back her laughter.

Jairus then came out of the water slowly. He swam toward her and just sat beside her on the stairs of the pool. Sharlene then got up. As soon as he got up, Jairus let out a small laughter.

"What?" Sharlene argued.

"Nothing." He told, still laughing.

"Tell me!" She complained.

"Fine. I thought you would be wearing a swim suit or something, but you're wearing...." He tried to hold his laughter. "You going scuba diving Gigi?" He let out his laughter.

"Ah ganon?!" Sharlene questioned with attitude and splashed water on him.

"You messed with the wrong person!" Jairus argued and splashed twice as much water on Sharlene.

Sharlene couldn't stand the amount of splash Jairus was splashing and swam away. She stuck her tongue out and laughed. Jairus then swam after her.

"Okay okay! Mercy!" Sharlene stopped him before he could splash water on her again.

Jairus stopped, but Sharlene then started splashing water on him as soon as he stopped.

"Hey!!" Jairus yelled.

Instead of splashing water back, he rushed behind her and put her on a head lock.

"Haha! Try to splash water on me now! You'll splash water on yourself too!" He laughed.

“Have you forgotten I can throw you?” Sharlene threatened.

“Ha! But you can throw me on the ground, it won’t hurt me at all!” He laughed.

His laughter was shortened when he realized he was too close to her and immediately let go.

"Sorry." He told as he moved away.

"Umm...” Sharlene started. "Were you the one that placed the blanket on me last night?" She asked.

"Yeah." He replied.

"Thanks." Sharlene thanked him.

"No problem." He replied.

The two were silent.

"Race you to the other end?" Sharlene broke the silence. "Game?"

"Game!!!" Jairus agreed.

The two swam toward the edge.
