But the thing is, I do know them. I know Alex loves me, and only me. And I know that me and him are perfect for each other.

They turn and start walking away.

"Just let him Go, you'll both be happier." Sarah says comfortingly. I smile and turn to her.

"You know, you have a fucked up brain. I'm going to go have dinner with my boyfriend now." She gives me an icy glare.

"This isn't over James. You'll regret this."

I roll my eyes and turn to follow Alex and Sam.

*Alex pov*

"Thank you!" Sam says excitedly as the dude from behind the booth hands her the prize I just won her. A big fluffy white stuffed bear.

"Do you like it?" I ask as she hugs it tightly.

"It's fucking adorable." She exclaims, I chuckle.

"So what's next on the list?" I ask, she looks it over.

"We're supposed to go have dinner at the restaurant at the end of the street, it's says there's already a reservation for two there."

"Alright cool, I'm hungry anyway." I say with a smile, as we turn and head that way.

It's a pretty short walk, and the setting sun provided a pretty background. I blinked when I heard a female voice, sounding very timid yet excited.

"Samantha?" She asks, Sam smiles.

"Yeah?" She says politely.

"Samantha Terry?" The girl sounds in disbelief. Sam giggles.

"Yeah, that's me."

"Oh my god, I finally found you! I've been looking all day." She exclaims, digging something out of her bag.

"Sorry I was so hard to find." Sam says, frowning slightly.

"Oh no it's fine, I just wanted you to sign this if you don't mind." She says holding up a copy of their cd.

"Awh, of corse!" She takes the CD and scribbles her signature neatly beside everyone else's.

"I see you already met Becky and the boys." She comments, the girl smiles and nods happily.

"Yeah they were really nice. Are you okay?" She asks suddenly serious. Sam blinks.

"Sure, why wouldn't I be?"

"Your surgery."

"Oh! Of corse I'm totally fine, it wasn't anything major. That's really sweet of you to ask though." Sam says smiling, the girl nods.

"Will the tour be starting up again soon?" She asks hopefully.

"Very soon, tomorrow actually."

"Really?" I ask, my eyebrows raising slightly, Sam nods.

"Oh my god that's awesome, I can't wait to buy tickets" the girl squeals happily.

"Well I won't keep you any longer, thank you so much again!" Sam chuckles.

"No problem, do you want a hug before you go?"

They hug and the girl thanks her one last time before walking away. Sam sighs happily, I chuckle.

"I'm not going to be able to go anywhere in public with you again am I?" Sam rolls her eyes.

"Oh shut up, lets go eat."

"So is the tour really happening tomorrow?" I ask, she nods excitedly.

"I just got the call from Mr.Fink this morning."

"Why didn't you say anything?"

"I forgot until that girl reminded me."

We arrive at the restaurant, and slip inside. Instantly I roll my eyes, it's a fancy sit down place with candle lit tables. Clearly the kind of place you would go for a romantic date.... I hear Sam groan.

"I swear if Sarah tries to set us up one more time-"

"Sam, are we ever going to date?" I ask bluntly, she blinks.

"Of corse not." She points out, I smile.

"Then don't worry about Sarah. We know what we are and what we aren't so let's just enjoy a delicious dinner as friends." She smiles.

"Sounds perfect."

We get seated at a table, and A waiter brings us water to start. Through the candle light I can see Sam's face twist into a guilty frown.

"What's wrong?" She sighs

"I just feel bad you had to come to a romantic place like this with me instead of Jay." I lean on the table, resting my head on my palm, frowning.

This whole day I was so distracted by having fun that I never noticed how much I missed him.

"Hey, we don't have to eat here. We can go get some Taco Bell or something and just chill." I smile.

"That sounds like a great idea."

"Ill go get the check, tell them to give our table away." She offers I smile and nod as she stands up.

"Too late, I already took care of the check. We're eating here." A voice says with finality behind me. My heart flutters as I blot out of my chair.

"James!" I sing happily wrapping my arms around his neck. He chuckles pulling me in for a hug. I sigh contently as our bodies mesh together.

"Miss me?" He whispers. I nod into his shoulder. When we break apart he turns to Sam.

"Would you mind terribly if I stole this gentlemen from you for the rest of the night?" She grins.

"Not at all. You two have fun."

She leaves and James and I sit down at the table. His chocolate brown eyes glow in the candle light, as he stares as me lovingly. But I can see something else in his gaze... Guilt maybe?

"Babe are you okay?" He smiles.

"Much better now that I'm with you. I wanted to talk to you about something." I nod, remembering that he's been trying to talk to me since yesterday.

"What is it?"

"Well I think we should start thinking about going home." He says, I shrug.

"Okay, I guess we've been in the states a while now...." My words trail off as James chuckles.

"No Alex. Home home." He grins as a look of understanding comes over my face.

"But what about your parents?"

"I've already spoken to them, they'll be fine."

I feel excitement growing inside of me. I would get to work with Nathan again, and be back in the house where Jay and I first met...

"Alex?" James chuckles waving in front of

My face I blink.

"Huh what?"

"I said are you ready to go home?" I smile.

"Hell yeah."
