A/N: I promised I would get it up at some point, and here it is! Just a head up, I will prolly not update this story everyday. I really want to take my time on this one, and just have fun with it. The first one was really fun to write, and I feel like it showed. The second one wasn't as much fun, and by the end of it I really just wanted it to be over. So I'm going to try to make this one fun like the first one was. I really hope you guys enjoy.
*James pov*
"Jay, it's that time honey!" Alex tells me, entering my room. He picks up the small pill bottle off of my dresser, and takes one out. He places it in my hand, and I pout. Alex knows how much I hate taking medicine, it reminds me of the fact that I have a disorder.
Ever since I went into shock and ended up in a coma, my parents demanded I go on a daily medicine to keep it under control. I have to admit it is helping, but I still hate being reminded of my condition. I sigh and place the bitter tasting pill in my mouth. Alex smiles and wraps his arm around me.
"Thank you honey. I know you dont like it, but you need it."
"Not as long as your here I don't. You are better then any pill." I mumble. Alex chuckles.
"Well still, you need the extra help. Especially today." Alex reminds me. I bite my lip nervously.
Today was the big day. The day I meet my sister.
*Flashback*
"James dear, can you come here a minute. There is something we need to talk about." My mother calls me. I follow her voice and find her and dad sitting in the living room. They look both nervous and ashamed.
"What's up?"
"Why don't you have a seat dear." Mom smiles softly. I plop down on the couch across from the one her and dad are sitting on. I look at them, waiting for them to continue.
"Well James, we almost lost you A few weeks ago and It got us thinking. There is something we've been hiding from you for a very long time. We decided its time you knew the truth." Mom says measuredly.
"Okay. What?" I ask curiously. Mom opens her mouth, but shuts it. She shoots dad a pleading look, he nods.
"Son, do you remember Megan?" Dad begins hesitantly. My
Heart twists in pain at the memory.
*Flashback within Flashback*
"James honey! The baby is kicking do you want to feel?" I rush over to my mom and place my hand gently on her giant stomach. I feel Megan kick and I giggle with delight.
"Megan's happy to see me mommy!" Mom smiles at me.
"Of course she is. You're her big brother. She loves you very much!" I smile and kiss moms stomach.
"I love you too Megan." I say smiling. Mom ruffles my hair affectionately. Dad walks in and smiles. He kneels next to me and places a hand on my shoulder.
"Hey buddy, did you feel Megan kicking?" I nod
"She was happy to see me." I announce proudly. Dad chuckles.
"Well your her big brother. You're already seven. You're going to have to show her the ways of life."
"Don't worry about it dad. Ill be the best big brother ever!" Dad chuckles again.
"I know you will buddy."

My dad comes out into the waiting room where I'm sitting waiting for Megan to get here.
"Dad is she here yet?" He wraps me in a hug, I feel him shaking slightly.
"Dad?"
"Megan's gone honey."
"What do you mean?"
"She's gone up to heaven." I begin to understand.
"You mean.... She's......dead?" My eyes full with tears. My dad nods and hugs me tighter.
I feel a wave if dizzying panic wash over me. I blacked out after a few seconds.
*end*
"Yeah, why?" I mumble sadly.
"We'll, she's alive son." I blink.
"What? No she died years ago." My moms eyes fill with tears, she shakes her head.
"No James. She didn't die, we gave her away." My head is spinning.
"Megan is alive?" Dad nods, smiling.
"Why did you give her away?"
"It's my fault James. You see about a month before Megan was born, I started having terrible nightmares. I would wake up in the middle of the night, in the middle of a horrible panic attack. Now you know that's like honey." I nod, I know exactly what that's like, and it's terrible.
"For some reason, thinking of Megan made it worse. Things got so bad that just thinking of her gave me an attack. The doctors think it was my condition added to the strain on my body from carrying her. When things kept getting worse, the doctors recommended that we give her up . They said I would not be able to care for her if things continued the way they were. So we found a lovely young couple, and gave Megan to them. It was the hardest thing we've ever had to do honey, believe me."
"Why did you lie to me about that?" I ask, joy and anger mixing into a bittersweet emotional cocktail in my voice.
"We thought it would be easier on you at the time. You were so young, we didn't think you would understand." I nod slowly.
"We have to find her. We have to get her back."
"Honey she turns 18 this year. Most likely her foster parents will tell her and she will come looking for us."
"We have to at least try to find her! Now that I know she's out there.... There's no way I can just leave it alone."
"James..." Mom begins in the tone she used to tell me my dog had died. I feel my eyes fill with tears.
"Please. Please I need my baby sister back." My voice is breaking. Dad sighs.
"Alright son we can contact the adoption agency, and see if we can track her down."
"Thank you."
"Why don't you go relax honey I don't you getting too worked up." I nod and stand. I make my way to me and Alex's room to find him still asleep in bed. I smile softly and climb next to him. Cuddling next to him, careful not to wake him. My mind starts yo race.
Megan is alive. Now that I know, I need to get her back.
*end*
I sit nervously on the couch waiting for Megan to get here. We tracked her down, but it took a few weeks. Turns out she was living in Mississippi with her dad, step mom, and step brother.
She should be here any minute. Alex grabs my hand and gives me a light squeeze.
"Nervous?" I nod biting my lip. Alex kisses my cheek softly.
"Don't be babe. She is going to love you. She has to, your her big brother." He reminds me. I exhale slowly, letting his words sink in.
The door opens and dad walks in. He ushers in a young, slender blonde female. She looks just like mom, but younger. She looks beside me, and her eyes widen.
"Alex?" She asks. I blink. I look over at Alex to see he has the same wide eyed 'is that really you?' Expression as Megan. He stares at her a minute then seems to find his voice.
"Liv?"
