(Vol:2) Chapter 18: Good Cop, Bat Cop

"Think he's going to talk?" Yang asks watching Jester standing at the table, baseball bat in hand
"He might, most likely because Jester pretty much has a baseball bat to his neck" I say, leaning back in my chair
"Guess your right" Yang says
Then the door opened and Ruby and Mason walked in, boxes filled with Donuts in there hands
"We got donuts" Mason said placing them on the table in front of us
"Did you steal them from the kitchen?" The police chief asked, sipping from his mug
"Maybe" Ruby replied
"I figured"
We all looked at Jester who was no pacing around with his bat on his shoulder, the mans face had fear in his eyes
"I guess it's Bat cop instead of Bad cop" Yang says looking at what's in front of her
I sighed and looked away
"What, that was good right?"
Everyone exchanged looks before Jester barged in
"Give me your coffee" he said taking the mug out of the Chiefs hand and walking back in
"Oh no" Ruby said as Jester threw the coffee on him making him scream in pain, we all watched as Jester then started to grid his bat across his arm, making him struggle, then Jester backed up and whacked him in the face, knocking him back, we all listened in on what they were saying
"C-Cops can't do that, it's against the law" he said as Jester sat the chair back up
"Good thing I'm not a cop" he said pacing again
"Now, I'm telling you this for the last time understand, Where. Is. The. Girl." He said slamming his hands on the table
"I-I don't know"
"Tell me right now or I'l force you, understand me" he said putting his bat to the mans neck, and sliding it
"F-Fine! just put the bat away" he said as Jester out the bat down
"Done, now tell me" Jester asked
"In the forest, near a river, by a cave. Trapdoor. Underground, secret base" he said which caused Jester to back up
"Was that so hard?" he asked picking up his bat and walking out
"He did it" Ruby asked
I nodded as Jester walked in once again
"Hear him, Forest, River, Cave, Trapdoor, Underground, Base" he asked
"Yeah, we heard him nice and clear Jester, I suppose the author is going to take you out now" I said standing up
"Guess so" Jester replied
"Don't say that too soon, I think I malfunctioned the button" the author said
"Oh that's just great" Jester said
"Does that mean you are going to help us?" Ruby asked with a smile on her face
"I already got the information, so fine" he said
Ruby smiled and hugged him before walking out of the door
"Come on Guys" she said
"Yeah, come on guys" Yang said
"Ready Man" I say to Mason, And Jester
"Yeah, let's do it" they said as we left the door
"Don't get into trouble kids" the chief said
We made our ways out of the police station and back to beacon to plan out are mission
"Here's the plan, we go to the forest, find the river and the cave, then we camp there before finding the trapdoor the next day, then into the base and attack, finding Maria in the process and getting the man who took her out" I said which got a nod from everyone
"We leave in the morning" i said walking into the bathroom and getting changed, walking out I saw Yang in front of the bathroom door
"Hey Yang" I said smiling
"Hey Y/N, D-Do you mind if I sleep with you" she asked smiling
"Sure, come on" I said walking towards my bed
She followed an laid down on me
"Think we'll find her" she asked looking up at me
"Yeah, no matter what. I made a promise to Mike" I said
She nodded and placed her head on my chest once again
"I love you Bombshell"

"Guys? I think there's something wrong with Jester, He's been on his phone all day, and not annoying me for once, I think I should go check on him"
I walked to Jesters room, expecting to find him asleep, but rather on his bed with his phone in his hand
"Jester? what are you doing"
"Texting, well not really texting but... Kik-ing? I guess"
"What do you mean, Kik-Ing"
