Since Kurloz has no othr way if speaking, he has found a way to speak using his infamous Chucklevoodoos.
By having physical contact with another troll, or a human, he can speak to them in a telepathic manor.
His voice sounds similar to what his voice sounded like before the incident, with an added dark echo effect, most likely due to the actual purpose of Chucklevoodoos, which was mental torture.
