Maya's POV

It had been a month since Josh told me someday. Every day I spent thinking about that talk we had by the fireplace made me happier. I didn't know the world could seem this beautiful and happy. My mom was going to marry Shawn, Riley and Lucas were together; happy, and someday, I would have the guy of my dreams.

All of the beautiful things distracted me I suppose, because the very next day, I didn't even notice Uncle Boing enter the Matthews's apartment....
