Summary:

Aiden James Grayson is the young and reckless CEO of Grayson Enterprise. Trouble is what people associate him with because he can never seem to stay out of it. As of late, Aiden has had to hire himself a personal bodyguard after becoming the target of an anonymous woman who not only makes threats against his life but is also trying to blackmail him for millions.

Despite the fact that Aiden absolutely loathes having to have a second shadow follow him around, he tries to make the best of his messy situation, but it's hard for him to connect with Julian McAndrew - his new bodyguard - when he has nothing in common with the man.

Aiden is a reckless, womanizing, man-whore who lacks self-control whereas Julian is a disciplined, vigilant, professional whose ideal partner in life is someone tall, dark, and handsome...basically Aiden but without his bad temperament and alcohol problem.

Saying that the two men are an odd pairing would be an understatement.

Review:

Sincerely, I am impressed by the writers work. The enjoyment of witnessing the characters develops so well and have relatable humour, brings out a beautiful narration of their relationship and struggles that comes with it.

Although I say all of this, I have yet to finish reading the entire book, but from the perspective as a reader, there's nothing about this story that I found unsettling, disappointing or problematic.

It's amusing, spicy and definitely a good laugh.

In terms of creative writing, it's simplistic, easy to digest and of course, funny.

As much as Aiden is a prick, I can't help but love the guy. Frankly, it's truly a story that I'm happy to have come across
