Chapter Three

I know its been a while since I've updated so I'm sorry guys! I've had lots of things going on with band. The only days I get off are Sunday's and even then I sleep mostly all day because I'm exhausted. Im dedicating this chapter to @AdoruZiall. For helping me get motivated to update this story.

Niall's POV

As Zayn and I headed out the door, I knew exactly where I was going to take him. We had met at the little park down the street from where we went to school. We never really talked back then and when we did it was really because of Harry or Louis.

I wasn't ever interested in dating during high school, I wanted to make myself a great future with a great job and just be happy with what I was going to do with my life. So, I graduated top of my class and went off to UNI.

****FLASHBACK*****

When I came back home after graduating from UNI, I was walking near my old school and towards the park near there, not paying attention to what I was doing I ran smack into someone.

"Hey watch where you're going. Can't you see I'm trying to walk here!?", the man in the sunglasses yelled at me.

"Yeah, I'm sorry man. I wasn't paying attention, sorry it's my fault.", I studdered

"I know you. You're Niall Horan! Hey, man! I haven't seen you since we graduated high school! Do you remember me? Zayn, Zayn Malik?"

"Oh hey dude! It's been a while!"

And after that we walked to a park bench and sat there for hours catching up and exchanging phone numbers. After that day we spent each day together and if we couldn't see each other we talked on the phone or texted throughout the day. I started getting feelings for him and soon I told him and we hit it off. Falling in love and moving in together, my family loved him and his loved me. It seemed we had it all. Then the unspeakable happened. The thing that would take him away from me, forever, happened. The cancer.

****END OF FLASHBACK*****

"Niall?"

"NIALL!?"

"Huh? What? Oh I'm sorry Zayn, I didn't mean to zone out.", I hadn't realized I zoned out thinking back to when we first met and hit it off. He didn't say anthing but just nodded.

"I'm taking you somewhere. Somewhere special. I have a surprise for you."  I told Zayn with a mischevious glint in my eyes.

And I think you're going to love it.

I was really meaning for this chapter to be longer BUT I didn't want to give too much away just yet. I have very big plans for this story, I'm going to try to update again this week but IF I don't then iIll make the next chapter super long. Big things are happening!
