Meet My Brothers

"Come on sweet cheeks! We have to hit the road in 20. You better be ready or Shawn will have your hide." Danny says, shaking me awake. I moan, think about throwing a pillow at him, but the last time I did that, it didn't end to well for me.

"Do I really have to go to school? Or can I stay home with Kyler? I'm sure he wouldn't mind!"

"You have to go to school! Besides when you get home, Ty will be here with Carrie."

"Oh, great!"I groan. Today is going to suck.

Great attitude.

"It won't be that bad. I am sure you will love Carrie. And she will love you." Danny says and then gets up, murmuring something like "Who wouldn't?"

"I heard that!" I point out. He turns around looking at me, smirking. "You will pay for that."

"I bet you can't even catch me." Danny challenges. I sit up in bed. He smirks at me. He turns around and runs out of my room. I whip off the covers and chase after him. He takes the risky side, and runs along the balcony.

I chase after him. He is only a few feet a head of me, when Lend comes out of his room. Danny nearly runs into him.

Lend looks at me and realizes what is going on. "Watch out guys!!! They are coming again!" he shouts through out the house. 

Gabe walks out of the kitchen and looks up at the balcony where we are chasing each other. "Really guys? Again?" Gabe shouts up at us, as we race to the stairs. Danny reaches the stairs and starts to go down. 

Just as I'm half way down, Shawn and Elaina come through the front door. Danny gets to the bottom of the stairs, and rounds it; heading for the kitchen. I am not going to win if i go at this rate. I decide to take a short cut, and jump over the side of the stairs. 

I hit the floor with a thud and then I grab Danny by the back of his shirt. His top half stops but his legs don't, which causes him to slip and land on the floor. 

I hear Elaina gasp while Gabe scowls, Lend laughs, and Shawn yelling at us. 

I smile down at Danny and he smiles back at me. I hold out my hand and lift him off the ground as we are being yelled at Shawn. 

"Do you guys ever act your age?" Shawn yells. 

I look at Shawn, with Elaina standing next to him; staying quite.

"Oh, Shawn. You know that we would never do that." I say with a smirk. He just rolls his eyes. Danny and I walk into the kitchen, as Lend and Dylan race down the stairs. Shawn and Elaina come close behind.

I sit at the counter, while Gabe makes me something to eat.

"What do you want for breakfast?" Gabe asks me as I sit down.

"Um, do we still have some of that cake?" I ask, referring to the coffee cake I have been eating all the time.

"Yeah," he says and goes to get a piece for me. Danny is making his own breakfast in the kitchen, while Lend and Dylan are sitting next to me. Elaina is leaning against the counter, and Shawn has his arms wrapped around her.

"Hey, Dylan where is Sebastian Hastings?"I ask him.

"Um, I think he is sleeping with Kyler." He answers.

"Oh," I say as Gabe hands me a plate with cake on it. Then he gives me my milk, and kisses me on the top of the head. He also sets my pills next to the glass. I quickly swallow them, before anyone sees.

"So how did everyone sleep?" Elaina asks us as we bury into our food.

We all shrug. "Well, I slept great. Thanks for asking."Gabe says.
